GOOD ON YA MUM PROMOTION
(Game of Skill)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PARTICIPATION
This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by George Weston Foods Limited, ABN 45 008 429 632, of Level 2, Building A, 11 Talavera Rd, North Ryde NSW 2113 (“Promoter”).
The Promotion is a game of skill in which chance plays no part.
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who, at the time of entry: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 18 years of age, or older; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iv) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.
Promotion entry opens at [3pm] on 14/10/11 and ends at [3pm] on 02/12/11 ("Entry Period"). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases Facebook, Inc from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the Promotion.
All information provided by an entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
Any costs associated with accessing the internet are responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
Eligible Entrants must submit their Comments manually using an internet browser.
An Eligible Entrant may submit more than one entry. Each entry must be different and unique.
To submit an entry, an entrant must, during the Entry Period, use a compatible browser to visit
www.facebook.com/tiptop and follow the directions there to:
“like” the Tip Top Facebook page;
select the Good on ya mum competition tab and access the Good on ya mum competition application; and
in that application:
provide the requested details, including: their first name, last name, postcode, state, current and valid email address, date of birth; and
in 25 words or less [In 25 words or less, tell us about a Mum that deserves a ‘Good On Ya’. Good on ya mum for . . . ] (“Statement”)
Each entrant's Statement must:
be original and must have been written by the entrant;
not be offensive or be likely to cause offence to other persons;
be free of any claims, including copyright claims, by other parties; and
By entering this Competition, each entrant:
authorises the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their agencies, without any restriction or royalty, to: (i) use the entrant's Statement (including in an edited form) in material and on the internet; and (ii) contact the entrant regarding their entry;
warrants that he/she is entitled to authorise the Promoter to use the Statement as permitted by these conditions;
warrants that the Promoter's use of the Statement as permitted by these conditions will not infringe any rights (including without limitation any rights in copyright and any rights in respect of reputation) of any person; and
indemnifies the Promoter and all its related bodies corporate, contractors and personnel ("Indemnified Persons") from and against all losses, damage, claims (on any and all grounds), costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that any of them may suffer as a result of any breach of conditions 13(i), 13(ii) or 13(iii).
The Promoter may decline to judge an entrant’s Statement if, in the Promoter's opinion, the Statement contains any material which may:
cause offence to any person or group of persons;
infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights, performer's rights or rights of reputation) of any person, whether as a result of being communicated to the public or otherwise; or
promote or depict illegal or negligent activity.
All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any delivery service or equipment.
All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification and confirmation by the Promoter. An entrant MUST deliver to the Promoter (by a means determined by the Promoter) copies of any documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents available is established, an entrant must deliver requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so. At the Promoter's request, an entrant MUST also, within 7 days of being asked, allow the Promoter to inspect and copy the original of any such document.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 16 or produces items that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) in the Promoter's opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) in the Promoter's opinion, submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.
JUDGING AND PRIZE
Each valid entry will only be able to win once.
Judging will:
be carried out by the promotion administrator; Deepend; Level 2/2 Hills Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
occur weekly on Friday 21/10/11, 28/10/11, 04/11/11, 11/11/11, 18/11/11, 25/11/11, 02/12/11.
include all entries received by 3pm of day of judging
be based on the following judging criteria: (i) quality of content; (ii) celebratory tone, (iii) ability to provide real life examples, (iv) overall likeability;
Subject to these conditions, the Eligible Entrant who submitted the entry that is judged to be the best according to the judging criteria will win one (1) Prize (“Prize”).
In order to be entitled to the Prize, the Winner, if requested by the Promoter, must also agree to, sign and return no later than 16/12/11, an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the Prize.
The Prize is a $500 Red Balloon Gift Certificate and comprises:

The Prize winner and their guest must use their experience voucher together. The winner is free to select any person as a guest, provided that the guest is 18 years of age or older.
The Prize does not include any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or his/her guest(s) relating to the Prize including:
any travel or accommodation;
any spending money;
any insurance;
NOTIFICATION
Weekly winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of being judged. Winners will then be published on facebook using only their first name and first letter of their surname.
GENERAL
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
Caution: any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Promotion. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion or Prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and entry (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.
Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and publicise its winner and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Promotion, including the Promotion administrator, Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter at the address in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a Prize.
Entrants may wish to opt in or out of receiving marketing materials from the promoter when entering personal information. By ticking this option, the entrant agrees to receive communications from the promoter.
