Keith and JK are sure there are plenty of blokes out there that wish they were better cooks! They sure wish they were!
Well this is the chance for Adelaide blokes to throw on an apron and get in the kitchen to learn a few new tricks!
Join Keith and JK along with MasterChef Callum Hann and Dietitian Themis Chryssidis at their cooking school, Sprout for a Bloke’s
Cooking Lesson.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants must be able to take the prize on 21/11/2011.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the Station as specified by the Promoter.

The competition begins at 06:00ACDST on 03/10/2011.
Entries into the competition close at 23.45ACDST on 13/11/2011.
Entry Method

During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by answering the following question „Why are you in need of a Sprout Cooking Class?‟ within the time period specified on each day in the commercials;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified.

Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, the uniqueness of the response, the need for a cooking class and the entertainment value.

There are up to 10 prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: A blokes cooking class with Sprout Cooking School held at the Adelaide Central Markets. Hosted by Keith Conlon and John Kenneally with instructors Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis valued at up to $208.00AUD (inc GST)
