1. Information on how to enter and the prize, forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be accepted of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian citizens and residents who purchase any garment AND accessory at any Noni B store in one transaction during the promotional period (Monday 24th October-Sunday 6th November 5pm) All applicants for the draw must be OVER 18 years of age; otherwise their application will not be valid.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences on the Monday 24th October 2011 and concludes Sunday 6th November 5pm (AEST).
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, simply purchase any garment and accessory at any Noni B store in one transaction during the promotional period. The customer will be required to fill out an application form and the store will authorize the entry. Goods and services purchased from the following are excluded from the promotion- lay-by payments.
5. DRAW: One (1) customer will receive a diamond bangle with the valuation certificate valued at $5,475. Insurance is not included.
6. There will be one draw which will he held at Noni B head office 10 Garling Road, Kings Park NSW, 2148. The result will be drawn on the Monday 21st November 2011 at 2pm (AEST). The winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be notified by phone, mail and their details will be published in the AUSTRALIAN newspaper two days after the winner has been drawn (23rd November 2011).
7. Any pictures of the prize featured in connection with this promotion may not match the actual prize, and is used for photography purposes only. It is Noni B’s decision in relation to any aspects of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Noni B reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including customer details, transaction details) and in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or invalidate any entry if Noni B has reason to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if the entrant has engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct or if in the opinion of Noni B the entrant has engaged in any conduct that may bring Noni B’s reputation into disrepute. Noni B has legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender is reserved.
9. If the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw date (21st November 2011) and Noni B has made reasonable provisions (numerous contacts via email, phone and post) a second Chance draw will take place at Noni B head office 10 Garling Road, Kings Park NSW 2148 on the Monday 13th February 2012 at 2pm (AEST). This will be conducted in the same manner and on the same conditions as the draw. The winner of the second chance draw will be contacted by phone, post and their details will be published in the Australian newspaper 2 days after the draw (15th February 2012).
10. Noni B may request each Winner or entrant to present photo identification, proof of age and proof of all valid purchases before awarding the prize. If Noni B is not satisfied that the Winners’ identity, age or valid transactions are sufficiently verified then that Draw may be redrawn by Noni B as a second chance draw.
11. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. Noni B accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
12. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person once names of winner have been confirmed and registered (unless authorized by Noni B) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party within 6 months of taking the prize (unless authorized by Noni B).
13. Noni B is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information communicated to any party including through advertisements in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
14. Any Noni B staff or their immediate family is not eligible to enter this competition.
15. Noni B is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
