TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
2.The Promoter is Suncorp Corporate Services Pty Ltd ABN 69 074 966 466, Level 18, Suncorp Centre, 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, Qld 4000. Phone: 13 11 75 ("Promoter").
3.The promotion period commences on Tuesday, 8 November 2011 at 12am and closes on Sunday, 4 December 2011 at 11:59pm (AEST) ("the Promotion Period").
4.Entry in the 2011 Suncorp SunWise Summer Moments QLD Compeition is open to all Queensland residents ("Entrants")". Employees of Suncorp Staff Pty Ltd ABN 31 010 869 726 or any of its related entities, or any entity associated with the Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5.To enter into the Competition, the Entrant must email their favourite summer photo moment and SunWise tip in 25 words or less to
communitysponsorships@suncorp.com.au ("the Promotion").
6.All entries must include Entrant's full name, age, residential address and contact number.
7.It is a condition of entry (and sole responsibility of the Entrant) that all people featured in the photograph submitted to the 2011 Suncorp SunWise Summer Moments QLD Competition must have consented to participating in the Competition prior to entry being submitted.
8.To be eligible for entry into the Competition, entries must be received by the Promoter before the close of the Promotion Period.
9.The prize judging will take place on Friday, 9 December 2011 at 2pm at the Promoter's address (‘the Prize Judging').
10.There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner and twenty (20) Runner Up Winners that will be selected by the Promoter from all entries received during the Promotion Period and will be judged based on the SunWise photo submitted together with the SunWise tip. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The twenty one (21) winners (‘the Winners') will be notified by telephone or email by Friday 16 December 2011.
11.11. The Promoter will provide one (1) major prize ("the Major Prize") to the Major Prize Winner. The Major Prize includes one (1) DHD Mick Fanning Swivel Fish Surfboard (RRP $810) and one (1) year's supply of sunscreen (24 x 250ml Cancer Council Everyday trigger sprays). Total prize value $1240.80.
12.The Promoter will provide twenty (20) runner up prizes ("the Runner Up Prizes"). The Runner Up Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Suncorp SunWise beach towel (RRP $20) one (1) UV wristband (RRP $2) and one (1) 250ml Cancer Council Everyday sunscreen trigger spray (RRP $17.95). Total prize value of all Runner Up Prizes is $799.
13.All prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All additional and ancillary costs relating to the redemption of the prizes not specified in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the Winner.
14.All entries for the prize draw become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be eligible. All entries received outside the Promotion Period, will not be included in the Prize Judging. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries. No correspondence will be entered into and the Promoter's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all Entrants.
15.The Major Prize and Runner Up prizes will be distributed to the Winners by 6 January 2012, unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and the Winners.
16.The Promoter takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for any future damages to, or caused by use of any of the prizes.
17.All entrants for the 2011 Suncorp SunWise Summer Moments QLD Competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter and/or any of its related entities may use the Entrants' names and contact details for future marketing or publicity purposes. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the Entrants' name, suburb and photograph through broadcast, electronic and print media, point of sale and newsletters, without compensation.
18.Entrants' personal information (if any) will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Suncorp Privacy Policy (a copy of which is available at Suncorp branches or website
www.suncorp.com.au) to enable Suncorp to administer and promote the Competition. Entrants may contact Suncorp to request access to any of the collected personal information that is held. If an Entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promotor may determine that they are not eligible for a prize in the 2011 Suncorp SunWise Summer Moments QLD Competition Competition.
19.It is a condition of entry that all people featured in the photograph agrees to take part in any publicity organised by Suncorp's Public Relations agency, Sequel Communications.
20.By entering this Competition each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions.
