7. Draw details: The competition will be drawn at midday 2 December 2011. The draw will take place at: Future Entertainment Pty Ltd, Suite 508, 19a Boundary Street, Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random.
8. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

12. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Future Entertainment’s database NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
13. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Excess amounts will be paid by the winner in full at the time of booking flights prior to tickets being issued.
14. Five (5) attempts over a 3 day period will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed by 4 December 2011, the promoter will conduct a second chance draw at midday 5 December 2011 subject to regulatory authority. Any second chance draw will be held at Future Entertainment Pty Ltd, Suite 508, 19a Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. The second chance draw winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email and phonecall.
15.
