McDONALD’S® 'I SPY' 2011 PROMOTION
1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of
Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each
Entrant.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Entry into the promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 14 years and older
(Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families,
including their children and wards) of McDonald’s Australia Limited (the Promoter), its related
entities, corporations or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. Entrants aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years must obtain the consent of their
parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about
themselves. All entries of Entrants who are aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years
and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where
required) and/or do not provide the required parental or legal guardian consent (as and where
required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any
parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged 14 years and older but
less than 18 years). If any prize winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years, the
prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the
promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter. Persons who are aged
less than 14 years old are ineligible to enter and participate in the promotion. All entries and
attempted prize redemptions of persons who are aged less than 14 years old will be deemed
invalid.
PROMOTIONAL DATES
4. Promotion starts at 6:00am (AEST) on 21/9/2011 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 15/11/2011
(Promotional Period). Entry into the promotion begins at 6:00am (AEST) on 21/9/2011 and
ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 1/11/2011 (Entry Period).
5. Winners of prizes valued over $250.00 will have their names and localities published in The
Australian on 29/12/2011, and on
www.playispy.com.au.
HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY
6. To enter the promotion, Entrants must:
a. during the Entry Period, purchase any one (1) specially marked McDonald’s product
listed in Condition 7 (Eligible Product) from a participating McDonald’s restaurant in
Australia (Eligible Purchase) whilst Eligible Products are available at a participating
McDonald’s restaurant;
b. peel the specially marked promotional sticker which will appear on-pack of the Eligible
Product (Sticker);
c. view the promotional message behind the Sticker (Promotional Message); and
d. by the redemption date printed on the Sticker (Redemption Date), complete either of the
two (2) game play options (Game Play) (depending on the Promotional Message printed
behind the Sticker):
i. ‘National Collect To Win’; or
ii. ‘National Instant Win’.

7. Eligible Products: The McDonald’s products listed below are the only Eligible Products for
the purposes of this promotion. Each McDonald’s product listed below must contain one (1)
on-pack Sticker to be an Eligible Product:
a. any medium cold cup, including medium soft drinks (Coca-Cola Coke, Diet Coke, Coke
Zero, Sprite, Fanta), Fruit Fizz and Orange Juice;
b. any large cold cup, including large soft drinks (Coca-Cola Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero,
Sprite, Fanta), Fruit Fizz and Orange Juice;
c. any Tall McCafe cup, including, Long Black, Cappuccino, Mocha, Flat White, Latte and
Vienna;
d. Medium Fries;
e. Large Fries;
f. Garden Salad;
g. Hash Browns; and
h. McFlurry®.
8. Any Eligible Products sold as part of a McDonald’s McValue Meal® or ‘Extra Value Meal’ are
included as Eligible Products. Choice of Eligible Products is subject to availability at each
participating McDonald’s restaurant and is based on reasonably anticipated demand. Each
Eligible Product may not be available at a particular participating McDonald’s restaurant
during the Entry Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for an Eligible Product/s being
unavailable at a participating McDonald’s restaurant during the Entry Period.
9. Stickers are void and not replaceable if lost, stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any
way. The purchase, sale, trading, barter, auctioning, or any other method of ‘transferring to
another’ of a Sticker, is expressly prohibited in this promotion and will deem the Sticker
invalid. For the avoidance of doubt, any game stickers produced for any other promotions,
including any other McDonald's promotions, are invalid for the purposes of this promotion.
10. Multiple entries will be accepted but each entry must be based on a separate Eligible
Purchase and must fully comply with these Conditions of Entry.

14. Entrants who have collected a Winning Combination and who are eligible to claim a Collect To

15. Letters may only be used once in one (1) Winning Combination and each Letter can only be
used to claim one (1) Collect To Win Prize. Each Letter is specific to an individual Collect To
Win Prize. All Collect To Win Prizes are designated by specific Letters, colours and numbered
sets.
16. Game Boards: Game Boards are provided to Entrants in-store at participating McDonald’s
restaurants (subject to availability) and online at
www.playispy.com.au to assist Entrants in
collecting Stickers and keeping Stickers safe. Entrants do not have to use a Game Board to
participate in the promotion, or to claim a prize in this promotion. Spaces are marked on the
Game Board for affixing each of the different National Collect To Win SC: National
Instant Win Stickers can be affixed anywhere on a Game Board for convenience. Entrants can
affix a Sticker by carefully removing it from the Eligible Product and peeling away the backing
of the Sticker to reveal the adhesive.
17. Game Boards provided to Entrants will contain pre-populated alphabetical letters (Board
Letters). Board Letters will not be available for Entrants to collect as ‘National Collect To Win
Stickers’ and will only be available as part of the Game Boards. Each single letter in their

HOW TO CLAIM AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURES
Before claiming any prize, Entrants must pay attention to the appropriate section below:
24. Food Instant Win Prize claims ONLY:
a. Entrants must claim and redeem their Food Instant Win Prize by presenting and
surrendering the winning Sticker to the in-store or “drive-thru” counter staff at a
participating McDonald’s restaurant at the time of placing or purchasing their order at the
participating McDonald’s restaurant.
b. Once redeemed, the winning Sticker/s will be retained by the McDonald’s staff member.
c. All Food Instant Win Prizes (except Bakehouse Brekkie Rolls and Sausage McMuffins®)
must be redeemed from a participating McDonald’s restaurant on or by 29/11/2011, and
after 10.30am (local time) each day. Bakehouse Brekkie Rolls and Sausage McMuffins®
Food Instant Win Prizes must be redeemed from a participating McDonald’s restaurant
on or by 29/11/2011, and between 6.00am (local time) and 10.30am (local time) each
day.
d. Food Instant Win Prizes which are not redeemed by these times and dates will be
forfeited. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to claim a Food Instant
Win Prize as stated for whatever reason. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
e. All Food Instant Win Prizes may only be redeemed once and there is a limit of one (1)
winning Sticker redeemable per order.
25. Blockbuster Free Movie Rental prize claims ONLY:
a. To redeem a Blockbuster Free Movie Rental prize, Entrants must visit any participating
Blockbuster store in Australia on or by 16/12/2011, make a movie selection and present
the winning Sticker to a Blockbuster staff member at checkout.
b. Once redeemed, the winning Sticker/s will be retained by the Blockbuster staff member.
c. Each winning Sticker may only be redeemed once.
d. Blockbuster Free Movie Rental prizes which are not redeemed by this date will be
forfeited. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to claim a Blockbuster
Free Movie Rental prize as stated for whatever reason. The Promoter’s decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. CokeUnleashed Tokens prize claims ONLY:
a. To redeem a CokeUnleashed Tokens prize, Entrants must log onto
www.CokeUnleashed.com.au (Coke Website), follow the prompts to successfully
register on the Coke Website and enter a winning Sticker’s unique code on the Coke
Website.
b. CokeUnleashed Tokens must be redeemed on or by 2/12/2011.
c. Each CokeUnleashed Tokens prize may only be redeemed once.
d. CokeUnleashed Tokens prizes which are not redeemed by this date will be forfeited. No
compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to claim a CokeUnleashed Tokens
prize after the redemption date. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.

27. ALL OTHER prize claims:
a. Entrants must NOT take their winning Sticker/s to a participating McDonald’s restaurant
to redeem their prize. Participating McDonald’s staff and managers have no authority to
verify any prize claims. Entrants must follow the instructions below and send their
winning Sticker/s to the Promoter for verification before any prize is awarded.
b. Entrants must call the toll-free number printed on the winning Sticker/s (Claims Line)
between 8.30am (AEST/AEDT) and 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday (inclusive)
by no later than 29/11/2011. The Claims Line will not be open on the ‘Labour Day’
public holiday on Monday 3/10/2011. Prizes which are not redeemed by this date will be
forfeited. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to claim a prize as stated
for whatever reason. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
c. Entrants will need to provide the requested information printed on the winning Sticker/s,
and provide Entrant’s personal information including Entrant’s date of birth, full name,
Australian postal address and contact telephone number. Entrants who are aged 14
years and older but less than 18 years and who are claiming a Holden Car, $10,000
Holiday Voucher, $1,000 Cash or a Sony Entertainment Package will be required to have
a parent or legal guardian present at the time of making the telephone call. Parents or
legal guardians will be required to provide their Australian postal address on behalf of
any Entrant aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years.
d. After the telephone call is completed and all details are verified by the Promoter in its
sole discretion, Entrants will receive one (1) pre-printed ‘Special Delivery’ envelope from
the Promoter (Special Envelope). Entrants who are claiming a Holden Car, $10,000
Holiday Voucher $1,000 Cash or a Sony Entertainment Package will also receive one (1)
declaration form from the Promoter (Declaration Form). Special Envelopes and
Declaration Forms (where applicable) will be mailed to an Entrant’s parent or legal
guardian if the Entrant is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years. Entrants can
expect to receive a Special Envelope and Declaration Form (where applicable) within five
(5) days of completing the telephone call to the Claims Line.
e. PLEASE NOTE it is the responsibility of all Entrants (and their parent or legal guardian
where the Entrant is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years) to telephone the
Claims Line printed on their winning Sticker/s by the relevant date and time in order to
claim a prize.
f. PLEASE NOTE it is the responsibility of all Entrants (and their parent or legal guardian
where the Entrant is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years) to telephone the
Claims Line printed on their winning Sticker/s a second time if they do not receive a
Special Envelope or Declaration Form (where applicable) within seven (7) days of calling
the Claims Line the first time.
g. Once a Special Envelope and Declaration Form (if applicable) has been received,
Entrants MUST:
i. place the winning Sticker/s in the Special Envelope. Stickers may be affixed to a
Game Board, but do not have to be affixed;
ii. if the Entrant is claiming a Holden Car, $10,000 Holiday Voucher, $1,000 Cash or
a Sony Entertainment Package, the Entrant (or parent/legal guardian where the
Entrant is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years old) must complete the
Declaration Form in the manner required and place it into the Special Envelope;
and
iii. post the Special Envelope to the address notified to the Entrant by the Claims Line
to be received by the Promoter by last mail on 20/12/2011. Special Envelopes
may be received after this date, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

h. IMPORTANT: USE ONE SPECIAL ENVELOPE: All winning Sticker/s and Declaration
Form (if applicable) for a single prize claim must be placed in the same Special Envelope
and must be received by the relevant date or the prize will be forfeited and any related
Sticker/s will become void.
i. IMPORTANT: ONLY SEND IN WINNING STICKERS: Entrants must NOT place any
other Stickers (other than the winning Stickers for a single prize claim) in the same
Special Envelope. Any Sticker/s which the Promoter receives by an Entrant for a prize
claim will be retained by the Promoter and will be ineligible for a different prize claim. In
the event Entrants are claiming a prize and have affixed the winning Sticker/s to a Game
Board which contains other Sticker/s, the Entrant must detach only the section of the
Game Board which contains the winning Sticker/s for the specific prize claim. Entrants
must then only place those winning Sticker/s in the Special Envelope, and not the whole
Game Board containing other Sticker/s.
j. Once a prize claim has been received and verified (in the Promoter’s sole discretion), the
relevant prize will be dispatched by post or courier to the Entrant’s nominated address
(provided upon verification), except Holden Car prizes which require further verification,
as detailed below:
i. Holden Car prizes: A winner (or parent or legal guardian where a winner is aged
14 years and older but less than 18 years) will be contacted by the Promoter to
arrange for collection of the Holden Car from the Holden dealership nearest to the
winner’s (or parent’s or legal guardian’s where a winner is aged 14 years and
older but less than 18 years) usual residential address. When the Holden Car is
collected, a winner (or parent or legal guardian where a winner is aged 14 years
and older but less than 18 years) must prove that the Promoter has arranged the
required registration and compulsory insurance in the winner’s name (or parent or
legal guardian’s name, where a winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18
years), before the Holden Car may be taken away from the collection point.
28. HELPLINE: Entrants can call the helpline 02 9875 7100 on Monday – Friday between the
hours of 8:00am (AEST/AEDT) – 5.30pm (AEST/AEDT) for any queries relating to claiming a
prize. The helpline will not be open on the ‘Labour Day’ public holiday on Monday 3/10/2011.
SECOND CHANCE DRAW
29. All prizes valued at over $50.00 which remain unclaimed by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 29/11/2011
will, as stipulated by State and Territory legislation, be entered into a second chance draw.
30. Entrants who have completed an Eligible Purchase may enter the second chance prize draw.
To enter the second chance prize draw, Entrants must by no later than 11:59 pm (AEDT) on
15/11/2011:
a. log on to
www.playispy.com.au (Promotional Website); and
b. fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the
manner required, including providing the unique code located on the Eligible
Product’s Sticker.
31. Multiple entries into the second chance draw accepted however each entry must be based on
a separate Eligible Purchase and unique code located on the Eligible Product’s Sticker, must
be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
32. The Promoter may conduct a second chance draw at 3:00pm (AEDT) on 13/12/2011 at DDB
Tribal, Level 3, 46-52 Mountain Street, Ultimo NSW 2007 in order to distribute any prize/s
valued over $50.00 unclaimed by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 29/11/2011, subject to any written
directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of a winner in the
second chance draw, the winner will be notified in writing at the address provided by the
Entrant and the names and localities of winners of prizes valued over $250.00 will be
published in The Australian on 10/1/2012.

GENERAL TERMS
33. Each Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of each Sticker in order to
claim a prize in accordance with the prize claim procedures in clauses 24 – 28. If an Entrant is
unable to provide proof of purchase for all Stickers within the required timeframes, then all the
entries or Stickers of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof includes
providing the original Sticker/s. Stickers must be intact and must clearly display the
Promotional Message utilised by the Entrant to reveal which Game Play the Entrant is eligible
to participate in and claim a prize.
34. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or
fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant
who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent
information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves
the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo
identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in
order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a
prize and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a
prize (including confirming consent of an Entrant’s parent or legal guardian and the name, age
and address of the parent or legal guardian that gave their consent, where an Entrant is aged
14 years and older but less than 18 years). If any documentation required by the Promoter is
not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant, entry or Sticker has not
been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction then all the
entries of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.
35. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that
allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries or
Stickers submitted by that Entrant invalid.
36. Any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the
Promotional Website, or the information on the Promotional Website, or to otherwise
undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil
laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves
the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or
incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Conditions of Entry or any other legal
obligation by an Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses,
damages and costs.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and Stickers and
reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry, Sticker, instantwin
process or prize verification process; (b) submitting an entry or Sticker which is not in
accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the
promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such
an offender are reserved.
38. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter,
or its nominated agents, requires in their sole discretion.
39. There will be a total of up to 77,362,776 Stickers distributed to participating McDonald’s
restaurants during the Entry Period. One (1) in five (5) Stickers will yield one (1) Instant Win
Prize. Eligible Product packaging containing Stickers will be randomly distributed by the
Promoter (or nominated agents) to participating McDonald’s restaurants.
40. Each winning Sticker can only be used to claim the relevant prize once. Once a winning
Sticker has been used to a claim a prize, it will be deemed invalid.
41. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry all prize claims in
excess of the advertised prize pool will be met. Prizes will only be awarded where a Sticker
and Promotional Message fulfils all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and
procedures. The verification tests and procedures shall be determined by the Promoter in its
absolute discretion.

42. Any Sticker which is misprinted or reproduced incorrectly will be, in the Promoter’s sole
discretion, void and the Entrant’s sole remedy will be (subject to availability) a replacement
Sticker. Entrants may call the helpline 02 9875 7100 on Monday – Friday between the hours
of 8:00am (AEST/AEDT) – 5.30pm (AEST/AEDT) during the Entry Period, in the event they
believe they have received a misprinted or incorrectly reproduced Sticker. The helpline will not
be open on the ‘Labour Day’ public holiday on Monday 3/10/2011.
43. Calls to a Claims Line or a help-line number from public telephones or mobiles may incur an
additional charge. The charges for all telephone call services will appear on an Entrant’s next
telephone or mobile phone bill (if applicable). All queries relating to mobile and telephone bills
should be directed to an Entrant’s mobile or telephone carrier. Calls may be recorded for the
purposes of promotional security.
44. Total maximum prize pool value is up to $51,428,526.15. Prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). Prizes must be
taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax
implications that may arise from any prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be
sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values. Prize values
are the recommended retail price including GST (where applicable). No compensation will be
payable if a winner is unable to claim a prize as stated for whatever reason. The Promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
45. It is a condition of accepting a prize that a winner (and travel companion/s (if any)) may be
required to sign a legal release or releases in a form determined by the Promoter in its
absolute discretion.
46. Entrants acknowledge that a prize may include an option to participate in dangerous activities,
which may result in injury or death, and, if awarded such a prize, Entrants participate at their
own risk. Any winner and travel companion/s (if any) of a prize containing a dangerous
activity: (a) must attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety
demonstrations, required medical tests and other requirements (including blood alcohol
testing) of the Promoter and a prize supplier as determined by them in their absolute
discretion; (b) must declare to the Promoter or a prize supplier (as applicable) any healthrelated
issues that may affect his/her safe participation in any part of the prize and obtain a
written clearance from their doctor in this respect; (c) must not have any heart condition or
history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in any
part of the prize; (d) must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol; (e) must comply
with all directions of the Promoter, a prize supplier and race officials; and (f) must wear all
safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and a prize supplier in their absolute
discretion: (a) reserve the right to refuse to allow any winner to take part in any or all aspects
of the prize if they reasonably believe the prize winner or their travel companion/s (if any)
poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and (b) may cancel the relevant component of the
prize if the conditions are deemed dangerous. No compensation will be payable if a winner, or
their travel companion/s (if any), are unable to use any element of a prize as stated for
whatever reason, including refusal of participation in certain activities for health, age,
behaviour or safety reasons.
47. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s
reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be
awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory
legislation.
48. The Promoter, its franchisees and its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability
(including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any direct or
indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion. This includes, but
is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from
accessing any materials related to this promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete
information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion as a result of
any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party
interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prizes; and/or (iv) acceptance and/or
use of any prize. Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in regards
to all prize warranty claims.

49. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of
emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion
and/or if necessary to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original
prize or prizes, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory
legislation.
50. An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the
property of the Promoter. All right, title and interest, including in all Intellectual Property Rights,
in all of the Stickers and in the Promoter’s brands, logos, trading names and products will
remain or be vested in the Promoter. Participation in this promotion by an Entrant will not
under any circumstances be taken to constitute a transfer, assignment or grant of any
ownership rights in any of Stickers or in the Promoter’s brands, logos, trading names and
products. The Promoter, on a case by case basis and to the extent required, grants to each
Entrant a non-exclusive licence for the Promotional Period for use of the Stickers and the
Promoter’s brands, logos, trading names and products solely for the purpose, and to the
extent necessary, to enable each Entrant to participate in the promotion.
51. As a condition of entering this promotion, an Entrant consents to, in the event they are a
winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media world-wide for an unlimited
period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of
promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting

54. The Promoter collects personal information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the
promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes. If the personal information requested is not
provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. By
participating in the promotion, an Entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for
collection of the Entrant’s personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to
use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the
Entrant in the future with information on special offers or to provide the Entrant with marketing
materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages
(SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging)
and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications

3. Colour of a Holden Car is limited to the colours specified in Condition 1 above and is subject

4. All ancillary costs, options, modifications or accessories not expressly provided are the
responsibility of a Holden Car winner. A Holden Car excludes comprehensive insurance and

5. To be eligible to claim a Holden Car, a Holden Car winner must be capable of obtaining motor

$10,000 Holiday Voucher
1. Each Holiday Voucher is valued at $10,000.00.
2. Holiday Vouchers are provided by ZUJI Pty Ltd trading as Blue Holidays (ABN 18 096 920
866) of 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills, Brisbane QLD 4006.
3. Each Holiday Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue (Validity Period)
and must be redeemed on a package, which consists of at least flights and accommodation,
via a licensed travel agent nominated by Blue Holidays. In the event a Holiday Voucher is not
fully utilised within the Validity Period, no cash, credit or extension will be provided. In the
event a Holiday Voucher is not fully utilised in one (1) booking, the balance of the Holiday
Voucher will be issued as another voucher. Packages can be booked via

4. Once a Holiday Voucher booking is confirmed, standard fees and any other supplier fees and

obtaining a current passport before travelling and any other documentation or immunisations

4. Westfield gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months after the date of issue. After a Westfield
gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value on a

5. Westfield gift cards may be used to purchase goods or services at participating retailers in

7. Westfield may replace a faulty, lost or stolen Westfield gift card. In the event a Westfield gift

Westfield gift card’s value being used, but require the Westfield gift card number, original

8. Westfield gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any

10. Westfield is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services
purchased with a Westfield gift card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with a
Westfield gift card must be resolved with the supplier. Except for rights which cannot be
excluded, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise are
excluded from the conditions of use of Westfield gift cards. To the extent permitted by law,

General
1. The RRP of each Non-food Instant Win Prize, the total number of possible Non-food Instant
Win Prizes to be awarded for the promotion and the total RRP of the Non-food Instant Win
Prizes are in accordance with the table above.
2. Entrants must claim and redeem Non-food Instant Win Prizes by the Redemption Date printed
on the Winning Sticker in accordance with the ‘HOW TO CLAIM AND VERIFICATION
PROCEDURES’ section relevant to the Non-food Instant Win Prizes (detailed in the these
Conditions of Entry), otherwise the Non-food Instant Win Prize will be forfeited.

Ticketek $100 Gift Voucher
1. Each Ticketek $100 Gift Voucher is valued at $100.00.
2. Ticketek vouchers are subject to their prevailing Terms and Conditions of use (viewed here
www.ticketek.com.au), and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
3. Ticketek vouchers are valid until 31/3/2012.
4. Ticketek vouchers can only redeemed at Ticketek Box Offices and Agencies in NSW, ACT,
VIC, QLD, SA, WA and TAS. Ticketek does not have retail outlets in NT. Ticketek vouchers
cannot be redeemed through the Ticketek Call Centre or website (
www.ticketek.com).
5. On redemption, if the cost of the ticket/s is more than the Ticketek Voucher’s total, the
difference will need to be paid by a winner via credit card, cash or EFTPOS.
6. On redemption of a Ticketek voucher, if the cost of the ticket/s is $5.00 or less than the total
value of the Ticketek voucher, a winner will be issued the difference by means of a Ticketek
gift voucher/s. If the difference is less than $5.00, the winner will be given their change in
cash.
7. Ticketek vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Ticketek voucher.

BP $25 Gift Card
1. Each BP $25 Gift Card is valued at $25.00.

3. BP gift cards issued as part of a BP $25 Gift Card prize are valid until 1/10/2012.

4. Only one (1) BP gift card per transaction is permitted and cannot be used for payment of
credit or retailer accounts. Minimum purchase on a BP gift card in a single transaction is
$5.00. A BP gift card cannot be reloaded and is not redeemable for cash. No cash out
facilities are available to a BP gift card. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen BP gift cards
will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Any unused value on a BP gift card prior to or
after expiry will not be refunded or credited.
5. If a purchase is greater than the balance remaining on a BP gift card, a winner will be liable
for the payment in cash of any excess purchase amount.
6. BP will refund the unused value on damaged BP gift cards, except where the amount of the
refund is less than $5.00 or the card number and magnetic strip are unreadable. This refund
will be the last balance shown by BP’s records as remaining on the BP gift card, unless a
winner is able to demonstrate that this is incorrect.
7. BP (including its officers, employees, agents and representatives) are not liable for any loss,
damage, or expenses arising in any way out of the use of a BP gift card, including but not
limited to, any purchases made with a BP gift card, any loss you or anyone else incurs as a
result of loss, theft or use of a BP gift card by any unauthorised party, or as a consequence of
a BP gift card being unable to be used due to damage, a participating BP outlet refusing to
supply goods or services to you or refusing to accept a BP gift card, a failure of any
participating BP outlet to accept a BP gift card due to the fact that the EFTPOS terminal is not
operational or by any failure in the EFTPOS terminal, which results in a BP gift card not being
accepted at any time.
Blockbuster Free Movie Rental voucher
1. Each Blockbuster Free Movie Rental voucher is valued at $4.50.
2. Blockbuster Free Movie Rental vouchers are subject to their prevailing Terms and Conditions
of use including membership and rental conditions (viewed here
www.blockbuster.com.au),
and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Blockbuster Free Movie Rental vouchers are not valid
in conjunction with any other offer.
