HOW TO ENTER
Simply enter your name and email address and tell us in 25 words or less what your ultimate day out would consist of between 11 November 2011 and 23 December 2011 at 06:00. You must also accept the competition Terms and Conditions and agree to receive RedBalloon's weekly newsletter. The winner will be chosen based on the originality of what their ultimate day out would consist of.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only one entry into the competition per person will be allowed.
You must use a valid email address to be eligible to enter, accept the Terms and Conditions and agree to receive RedBalloon's weekly newsletter.
Promotional period commences 11/11/2011 and closes 23/12/2011 at 06:00 (AEDT). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
The winner will be notified via email on 23 December 2011.
If you don't respond to the notification email by January 22 2012 you will forfeit your prize.

Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
There is one prize to give away consisting of 1 x $1,000 RedBalloon Gift Certificate. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.
RedBalloon Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 19.
