1.The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter). The permit numbers forthis promotion are ACT permit no. ACT TP 11/04386 issued on 21/10/2011 and NSW permit no. LTPS/11/09783 issued on 19/10/2011
2.Entry is only open to entrants who are Australian residents and New Zealand entrants 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter are ineligible to enter. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.
4.The promotion commences at 9am AEST on 14 November 2011 and closes at 5pm AEST on 28 November 2011 (“Promotion Period”). Entry to the online promotion is free (excluding internet charges) and there is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.
5.To enter the major prize draw of the promotion, participants must go to
www.wotif.com during the Promotion Period and click the competition homepage button to enter. Entrants must enter their details: name, age, state, region, email address, telephone number and sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter and Positively Wellington’s newsletter.
6.All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will go into the major prize draw which will take place at 3pm AEST on 01 December 2011 at Wotif.com 7 BaroonaRoad, Milton QLD 4064. The first valid entry drawn from the major prize draw will win: •Return economy flights for two people to Wellington, New Zealand from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Adelaide, Perth or Auckland, valued up to AU$1,570. Some blackout periods may apply. 8.The maximum total value of the prize pool for this promotion is AU$3980.00 (GST not applicable).
9.The winne rwill be notified by telephone and email within two working days of thedraw. The winner’s details will also be published at
www.wotif.com on 01 December 2011 for aperiod of one month.
10.An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3pm AEST on 10 January2012 at Wotif.com, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064, should any winner ofthe main draw be uncontactable.
11.The winnerof any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and email within two days of the unclaimed prize draw. The winner’s details will also bepublished at
www.wotif.com on 10 January2012 for a period of one month.
12.Visas, passports and all entry, exit, health or other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the country visited or transited are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. Both the prize winner and their guest must possess a valid passport and be eligible to travel to New Zealand both at the time of booking and also at the time of travel.
13.It is the winner’s responsibility to purchase any travel insurance they may require whilst on their prize holiday.
14.Bookings made with the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. Some blackout periods may apply.
15.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
16.The prize does not (except as expressly states) include: transfers, other transportor accommodation, meals or beverages, airport taxes or arrival ordeparture taxes, incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar, telephonecalls, in-house movies, data-usage), food or beverages, spending money, insurance such as travel or health cover, vaccinations or other medical orhealth related services, any other ancillary costs which may be incurredby the winner or their guest in relation to the prize trip.
17.The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to changeor alter these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
18.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
19.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20.The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.
21.If this promotionis not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretionto cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
