2. Instructions on How to Enter form part of these terms and conditions. Participation by each entrant in this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with the terms and conditions to be valid.
3. The competition is open to Australia and New Zealand residents only. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to be eligible to enter. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, related companies, directors, management and associated agencies with this promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of this clause 3, immediate families of an employee of the Promoter includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin.
4. Competition commences at 06.00 am AEDST on 01/12/11 and closes at 11:59pm AESDT on 12/12/11(“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid.
