Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companion/s must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants must be able to part take in the Minor Prize between Wednesday 30th November by 5:00pm (CST) – Friday 2nd December by 5:00pm (CST). If a selected Minor Prize winner cannot part take in the photo shoot on these dates they will forfeit their Minor Prize and not be eligible for the Major Prize and the Promoter may select another Minor Prize winner (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Entry into this Promotion is open to all residents in the Relevant State (SA) however entrant must appoint a male to participate in Nova’s SA Babe Watch calendar shoot. Entrants who enter this Promotion must be able to appoint a male to participate in Nova’s SA Babe Watch calendar shoot on their behalf. All participants must be 18 years of age or over. Appointed models participating on behalf of an entrant do so on behalf of the entrant and have no entitlement to any Prize.
The Promoter may require entrant/s to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Entrant/s who are unable to satisfy this requirement shall forfeit their prize.
By entering this competition, entrants grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use any material submitted or any part of the material submitted forming part of an entry (including but not limited to any photograph/s submitted) for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition, broadcasting online or exploiting the entry though all other media generally, for a period up to and including 12 months’ after the completion of the competition.
Any photograph/s which entrants submit as part of this competition must be original, accurate and unaltered. If entrants are submitting an image of a third party entrants must ensure that they have obtained written permission from that third party to submit their image for this Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, entrants must supply the Promoter with a copy of the written permission. Entrants who breach this clause may be deemed ineligible to enter.
Any photos or other material submitted as part of this Promotion may be modified, altered or deleted by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

By entering this Promotion entrants (and their nominated “model”) acknowledge and agree that Nova’s SA Babe Watch calendar shoot may be broadcast, filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded (both audio and audio/visual) (“Recording”) by the Promoter and entrants (and their nominated “model”) grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the Recording for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition, broadcasting online or though other multimedia, for a period up to and including 12 months’ after the completion of the Promotion.
The Promoter may require entrants and/or participants to sign an indemnity prior to the entrant’s receiving the prize.
Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize between Friday 3rd February 2012 - Friday 4th May 2012. Entrants who are unable to take the Major Prize between the above listed dates may forfeit the Major Prize.
Vote tampering in any form is strictly forbidden. If the Promoter determines (in its sole and absolute discretion) that an entrant/s action is in contravention of these Terms of Entry, that entrant may be disqualified from the promotion and some or all the votes that entrant has submitted may be deleted. Some examples of behavior that may result in disqualification include but is not limited to;
o Using automated electronic systems to facilitate voting;
o Encouraging or coercing entrants not to vote.
Competition Period
The competition begins at 6:00am (CST) on Monday 14th November 2011.
Entries into the competition close at 11:59am (CST) Wednesday 23rd November 2011.
