Famous Jews from around the world – including actor Chaim Topol, singer Dudu Fisher, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Professor Alan Dershowitz, pianist David Helfgott and journalist Hirsh Goodman – have contributed articles and recipes to a new 320-page coffee table book titled One Egg Is A Fortune, compiled by Judy Kempler and Pnina Jacobson.
The book contains 50 food-related stories and more than 100 recipes. Some of the proceeds from the book will support Jewish aged care.
The Australian Jewish News has four copies of One Egg Is A Fortune to give away to readers.
Competition entries close Thursday, December 15 at noon.
