1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promoter is Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy Services ABN 49393169720.
3. Subject to the conditions in clause 4 all Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy customers who purchase a product (excluding prescriptions and scheduled medicines), between Tuesday the 8th of November 2011 and Sunday the 25th of December 2011 are entitled to enter the draw. To enter, customers must make a purchase (excluding prescriptions and scheduled medicines) from any Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy store complete the entry form provided, attach their receipt and place it in the entry box.
4. To be valid, all details on the entry form must be complete and the entry form must be an original. Incomplete, incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
5. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license.
6. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, associated companies, agencies and retail sponsors are ineligible to enter.
7. The competition commences Tuesday the 8th of November 2011 and closes at COB Sunday the 25th of December 2011.
8. The total prize pool is
1 x major prize of a 2011 Rio S Manual Car, valued at $19 200*
8 x Beef Master 4 Burner BBQ’s, valued at $799* each.
10 x Le Tan Sun Packs, valued at $64.95* each.
50 x Pairs of Black Ice Sunglasses valued at $19.95* each
9. The first valid entry form drawn will win the 2011 Rio S Manual Car.
The next 8 valid entry forms drawn will win the Beefmaster BBQ’s.
The next 10 valid entry forms drawn will then win the Le Tan Sun Packs.
The next 50 valid entry forms drawn will then win 1 pair of Black Ice Sunglasses.
10. The prize draw will take place on Friday the 6th of January 2012 at Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy Services.
11. The winners will be notified on the day of the draw, by telephone. The promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winner until 4:00 pm on the day which is 7 days after the draw. If the promoter is unable to contact them, a re-draw will be conducted at the same place as the original draw on the day that is 11 days after the original draw.
12. The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Major Prize winner will receive the Major prize of 1 x 2011 Kia Rio S 6 Speed Manual Transmission car. Engine Type: 1.4L MPI Petrol, In-line 4-cylinder in-line DOHC MPI CVVT 16 valve engine. Prize also includes all on roads costs (on- road costs vary per state).
15. Prize does not include comprehensive insurance, petrol, any mechanical, body or paint repairs made from the date of redemption, optional extras and any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prize includes a manual transmission. Exterior and Interior colours are subject to availability (including metallic paint if applicable). Remainder of prize is as determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. The Prize will be available for collection by the Winner from the Melville Kia dealership. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from the Melville Kia dealer to collect the prize. Please allow up to 6 months from date of winner notification for delivery of prize.
16. If the winner is unable to collect the vehicle from the Melville Kia dealership, the Winner may incur cost of transporting the vehicle, if needed, from the Melville Kia dealership to an alternate prize claim point as nominated by the winner and deemed acceptable by the Promoter and Melville Kia. Any costs associated with the transport of the vehicle to an alternate location will be responsibility of the winner.
17. The Winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable Melville Kia to register the Prize in the Winner’s name prior to the Winner’s collection of the car from the dealership. Receipt of the Prize is subject to the Winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize and comply with all registration and compulsory third party insurance requirements of the State/Territory in which the Winner elects to register the Prize. If the Winner is unable to have the car lawfully registered in their name, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, then such winner may assign the motor vehicle prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. Neither the Promoter nor Melville Kia take any responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the prize and (g) participation in the promotion.
19. The Beefmaster 4 burner BBQ requires assembly and does not include a gas bottle.
20. The beef master BBQ’s, Le Tan Sun packs and Black Ice Sunglasses can all be collected from your nearest Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy store. Collection times may vary and will need to be coordinated with the promoter.
21. With consent all prize winners may be asked to participate in PR/ photography at the close of the promotion.
22. By entering the competition, entrants are agreeing to receive future promotional materials from Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy and Melville Kia an opt out option is available at any time. At Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy, we respect your privacy. Personal details will only be used to inform you of special offers and promotions. Your details will be kept private and confidential.
23. Wizard Warehouse Pharmacy reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
