2. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry can only be completed online at
www.dreamaway.com.au or
www.mydreamaway.com.au.
4. Entry is open to natural persons over the age of 18, residents in South Australia, Victoria, New South
Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of KeyInvest Ltd, KeyInvest Lending
Services and the agencies associated with this promotion; or
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, or child of a person referred to in paragraph 3(a).
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. By entering the draw, the entrant acknowledges that he or
she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The promotion commences at 9am ACST on Monday 7 November 2011 and finishes at 5pm ACST on
Sunday 18 December 2011. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. KeyInvest Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. The promotion consists of one prize draw with the winner being:
(a) the first valid entry drawn; and
(b) a person who was 18 year of age at 7 November 2011.
9. The first entry drawn will win a $10,000 Dream Holiday.
10. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term "Dream Holiday" is defined as a $10,000
travel voucher for travel and accommodation arranged & approved by RAA, the approved travel
provider for this competition. Prize value is in Australian dollars. The voucher is valid for 12 months
from the date of the first chance draw. Any unused amount remaining from the voucher cannot be
refunded or redeemed for cash. Spending money, transfers, meals and other incidentals are not
included.
11. A prize certificate awarding the prize will be issued to the winner within 28 days of the draw.
12. The result of any draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The prize is not transferable to other parties or redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken as
offered and may not be varied.
14. The winner should be aware that tax implications may arise as a result of claiming the prize and should
seek independent financial advice prior to claiming the prize.
15. The first draw will be conducted on Monday 19 December 2011 at 4:30pm ACST at 49 Gawler Place,
Adelaide, Australia SA 5000 and the results will be published in The Australian on Friday 23 December
2011. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and confirmed by mail.
16. Should the prize for the promotion remain unclaimed, or the first valid entry drawn is a person who was
under the 18 year old on 7 November 2011, KeyInvest Ltd may conduct a second chance draw at
49 Gawler Place, Adelaide, 5000 at 4:30pm ACST on Monday 16 January 2012, subject to any
directions given by any relevant State or Territory department or authority and the results will be
published in The Australian on Friday 20 January 2012. The winner will be notified by email and
telephone and confirmed by mail.
17. All entries become the property of KeyInvest Ltd. KeyInvest Ltd may use the name, address and other
personal information provided by the entrant but will not make this information available for use by
other parties. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of KeyInvest Ltd. KeyInvest
Ltd may request the winner of the promotion to partake in any media exposure, including but not
limited to promotional, marketing and publicity activities without any further reference, payment or
other compensation.
18. The winner's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as
required by law and the winner's name may be published as required under relevant legislation. By
entering the competition, the entrant consents to KeyInvest Ltd using their personal information for
marketing and promotional purposes. If, after entering the competition, the entrant wishes KeyInvest
Ltd to cease using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, the entrant
should contact KeyInvest Ltd.
