Terms & Conditions of Entry - Everyday Rewards Christmas BBQ GameThe Everyday Rewards Christmas BBQ Game (the "Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all members who have registered for the Everyday Rewards Program and who fulfill the requirements outlined in clause 5. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Salmat IDR Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on the Everyday Rewards website everydayrewards.com.au at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card - means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday Rewards Program
Cardholder - means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is Registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
Entrant - means a Registered Everyday Rewards cardholder who completes the requirements and submits an entry on the Woolworths Everyday Rewards Christmas BBQ Game competition page.
Promotion - means the Everyday Rewards Christmas BBQ Game governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Promotional Period - means 12:01am AEDST on 1st December 2011 to 11:59pm AEDST on 14th December 2011.
Promoter - The Promoter and Permit holder is Woolworths Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista, NSW, 2153
Registered - means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.
4. The Promotion commences 12:01am AEDST on Thursday 1st December 2011 & entries close 11:59pm AEDST on Wednesday 14th December 2011. (“Promotion Period”).
5. To enter the Promotion, the Entrant needs to visit
www.everydayrewards.com.au/christmas, Play the Everyday Rewards Christmas BBQ game complete all mandatory fields on the Promotion entry form, including entering their Full Name, Email address and Everyday Rewards card number. A maximum of one entry will be recorded for each registered Everyday Rewards member for the major prize component. A maximum of one entry will be recorded for each registered Everyday Rewards member per calendar day for the Daily Prize draw component.
6. The prize winners will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The prize draws will take place at 12:00 noon AEDST on Friday 16th December 2011. The prize draw will take place at Salmat IDR Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060
7. There are 14 daily prizes to be won. 1 winner will be drawn from each lot of daily entries. Entrants who play the game will be entered into the daily prize draw for that day, they can play the game and enter as many times as they like.There is 1 major prize to be won. Each entrant who plays the game will receive only one entry into the major prize draw during the promotional period. There is 1 leader board prize to be won. The entrant who is in sitting at the top of the leader board at the end of the promotion (11:59pm AEDST on Wednesday 14th December 2011) will be the winner of the leader board prize.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn from the daily entries will be the winner for each daily draw. The first valid entry randomly drawn from the major prize draw will be the winner of the major prize. All winners will be contacted by phone within 2 days of the draw and in writing within 7 days of the draw. The major draw prize winner and leader board prize winner will have their first initial, surname and state published in The Australian on 22nd December 2011. All winners will also be published on
www.everydayrewards.com.au on 20th December 2011. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

There are 14 Daily Prizes comprising of a $50 WISH Gift Card.
The Top of the leader board at the end of the competition will win a $500 WISH Gift Card.

10. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary subject to regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12 noon AEDST on Friday 16th March 2012 at Salmat IDR, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. If in the case of an unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be contacted in writing and will have their details published on
www.everydayrewards.com.au on Thursday 22 March 2012. If the major prize winner or leader board winner is to be drawn from the unclaimed prize draw, their details will be published in The Australian on Thursday 22nd March 2012.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
13. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
14. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s first initial, surname and state. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. In most cases you can gain access to your personal information by contacting the General Manager Corporate Services, Woolworths Limited, PO Box Q70, QVB, Post Shop Sydney 1230 or phone the Woolworths Privacy Helpline on 1300 134 802. 15. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
