Incomplete entries will be ineligible. Online competition entrants are required to become a member of the Homelife online community. Homelife membership is free.
You must be logged in to your Homelife account to enter. Only one entry per member, per competition will be accepted. 2.
Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia (and New Zealand – please specify). 3. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Judging of the entries will commence on 8 January, 2011 at the offices of the promoter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. Entries will be judged on creativity of entry. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
5. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
6. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

12. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Installation T&Cs: Offer includes standard back to back installation with outdoor unit at ground level (single storey). Also includes: electrical wiring back to metre box if deemed necessary by the installer (maximum 10 metres). Remote locations outside of major regional centres may incur extra charges. Any additional costs outside of these guidelines to be paid by the competition winner.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
