Promotion begins 01/08/11 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/12/11 ("Promotional Period").
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must register for the promotion in one (1) of three (3) ways during the Promotional Period: (a) by visiting

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry permitted per registered entrant, per monthly draw. Maximum of five (5) entries permitted per registered entrant, with a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per monthly draw.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
There will be five (5) monthly draws. Entries open for each monthly draw at 12:00am AEST/AEDST and close for each draw at 11:59pm AEST/AEDST, on the dates indicated in the table below. All draws will take place at MessageMedia Interactive of Level 22, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 11:00am AEST/AEDST on the dates indicated in the table below. Entries in each monthly draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent monthly draws. The first entry drawn in Draw 4 will win a Sydney NYE experience valued at up to $8,000. Prize includes two (2) return economy class airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (if necessary), four (4) nights twin share accommodation in a Standard Room at the Ibis World Square, Sydney, return airport to hotel transfers and a five (5) course NYE banquet dinner (including beverages) for two (2) people in the Sky Lounge, Sydney Tower between 7:30pm AEDST on 31/12/11 through to 1:30am AEDST on 01/01/12. If the winner is from NSW, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash. For prizes awarded in Draws 2 and 4, spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Each prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher entitling the entrant to purchase the prize for $1. Notwithstanding the above, the entrant will not, for the avoidance of doubt, be required to pay the remaining $1 value. This will be the responsibility of the Promoter.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that prize (or that part of that prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool is valued at $15,641. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 02 /04 /12 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event the prize for draw 4 is required to be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw, a prize of equivalent value and/or specification will be awarded. Winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published in The Australian on 16 /04 /12.
As a condition of accepting a prize, a winner (and his/her companion, if applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
