How long to Hobart?
The race record is 1 day, 18 hours, 40 minutes and 10 seconds. We don’t think they will beat that.
They will compete in the 38 One Design (OD) boat – Last year this same boat (skippered by the now Coach of the team) finished in 4 days, 2 hours, 59 minutes and 46 seconds.
In last year’s race the first boat finished in just over 2 days and the last boat in just over 5 days.
Entries close at 1pm 28 December 2011 – that’s exactly 2 days into the race, so you have the chance to judge the weather conditions under which the race is being sailed.
You can enter once every day.
In the case that ‘Ella Baché another Challenge’ does not finish the race or is disqualified, the entry closest to the finish time of winner of the 38 One Design category will win the $1000 worth of product.
*A Skin Diagnosis at your nearest Ella Baché salon or David Jones counter is required to determine which products best suit your skin.

1.Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. To enter, participants are required to provide their details and answer in Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds, how long it will take Jessica Watson and the crew of ‘Ella Baché another Challenge’ to complete the 2011 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. All entries are via

Eligible participants will be required to provide their own name, address, telephone number, email, and estimate, in Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds, how long it will take Jessica Watson and the crew of ‘Ella Baché another Challenge’ to complete the 2011 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.
2.Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia.
3.Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.The first received entry that is nearest to the actual finishing time of Jessica Watson and the crew of ‘Ella Baché another Challenge’ in the 2011 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race as published on the official race website

In the case that ‘Ella Baché another Challenge’ does not finish the race or is disqualified, the first entry closest to the finish time of winner of the 38 One Design category will win.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
5.The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
6.Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
7.The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
8.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
9.Employees and their immediate families of Hallas Trading Co. Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
10.All winners will be notified within 21 days from the draw date by Hallas Trading Co. Pty Ltd.
11.Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
12.The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
