Bluemouth Super Mario Promotion

1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion period begins on 24 November, 2011 at 10:00am AEDST and ends on 8 January, 2012 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must complete their details on the registration form at www.bluemouth.com.au during the promotional period and opt into receive future newsletter updates from Bluemouth Interactive to be automatically placed in the draw.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive and associated companies and their immediate
families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
6.  The draw will take place at 10.00 am on 9 January, 2012 at Bluemouth Interactive, Suite 1502, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, 3141. Prize winners name will be published on the website by Monday 16 January, 2012. Winner will be advised via email or by mail.
7.  The first three eligible entries drawn will receive: A Nintendo 3DS console valued at $250, a copy of Super MarioLand 3D and Mario Kart 7 games for the Nintendo 3DS console (each valued at $69.95), 2 x gaming strategy guides valued at $34.95 each, plus Super Mario accessories value at $52.85. The prize pool for the first three eligible entries drawn is valued at $512.65 each.
The next 10 entries drawn will each win a SuperMario Bobblehead stylus valued at $12.95, plus a Character Storage case valued at $14.95.
Total prize pool is $1816.80
8.  The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same location as the original draw as is necessary on 16 April, 2012 in order to distribute prizes if any remain unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required, new winner will be notified via e-mail or mail.
9.  The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal information
collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future
marketing and promotional purposes.  Your personal information will only be disclosed to the
Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
