Terms and conditions of entry for the new Coffs Coast Advocate website survey - win $250 Voucher
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to Queensland and New South Wales residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who fulfil the entry requirements.
3. Employees of APN Australian Regional Media and their respective advertising agencies, newsagents and subagents and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences 00:01 (AEST) Monday 5th December 2011 and closes 11.59 pm (AEST) on Monday 19th December 2011 (promotional period).
5. To enter answer the questions of the Coffs Coast Advocate new website survey online published at
www.coffscoastadvocate.com.au/feedback/ and provide full contact details.
6. Any form of automated electronic entry that does not meet the entry requirements will be deemed invalid and not counted as a valid entry.
7. All entries will be added to the database at APN Australian Regional Media. Entrants can contact the company at any time to request, amendments or deletion of their contact details.
8. There is one $250 Coles Myer Group Voucher. The total prize pool is valued at $250 GST incl. The draw will take place at APN Australian Regional Media, (Australia) Pty Limited, at Milton, Queensland. The winner will be drawn at 3pm AEST on Tuesday 20th December 2011 (draw date).
9. The winner will be contacted by phone or email by Wednesday 21st December 2011.
10. All prize values are in Australian dollars. Winners must take the prize as offered.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.
12.It is the entrant’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details.
13.If a prize is unclaimed, a second draw will be held three months from the initial draw date at the same place as the original draw subject to any written directions given by the relevant state lottery and gaming regulators.
14.We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in thecompetition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
15.We are not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition. We also accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings in the competition. You should seek Independent financial advice about such matters.
16.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the competition (the Lotteries Departments).
17.If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various Lotteries Departments), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including each of their officers, employees and agents) (the “Promoter Group”) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or damage to property including but not limited to any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or economic loss); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with a Promotion or any matter contemplated by these Terms and Conditions or by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent by any member of the Promoter Group, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter); (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize; (e) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (f) unauthorised human intervention in any part of a Promotion; and (g) any electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of a Promotion.
19.For the avoidance of doubt the Promoter Group will not be liable for personal injury suffered due to or in connection with the receipt of or utilisation of a Prize offered or provided under a Promotion. The winning entrant, and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner. In the event of a promoter other than APN Australian Regional Media cancelling any event related to this prize, APN Australian Regional Media cannot be held responsible.
20.By entering this competition you agree to allow APN Australian Regional Media and its partners in this promotion to contact you for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
21.APN Australian Regional Media collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. We may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition.
