We're big fans of Christmas here at CNET Australia. I mean, our red ball is pretty much a bauble without the tinsel, and the lovable Joseph Hanlon has been mistaken for Santa Claus on more than one occasion. Because we love Christmas so much, we want to share some of the joy with you by hosting a 12 days of Christmas competition!
Our 12 days of Christmas is pretty much like the song, except instead of giving away partridges in pear trees and turtle doves we'll be giving away presents you actually want.
To enter, keep your eyes peeled on our 12 days of Christmas blog. Each day we will upload a Christmassy photo and ask you a question that will test your tech knowledge and creativity. Just post your answer in the comments section below each photo to enter the comp. At the end of each day we'll choose a winner based on their skill and overall Christmas cheer! CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS COMPETITION
1. Entry to the game of skill implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of submission of this application. Applying is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Entrants must not be employed by CBS Interactive or its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Void where prohibited. This offer is open to residents of Australia. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws applicable in Australia and New Zealand and subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

How to enter: You will be automatically be entered into a game of skill by successfully commenting and answering the related question on one of the CNET 12 days of Christmas posts. Each day, the specific daily competition closes at AEST12am. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person, per household. 'Household' is defined as a residence with one postal address. Participants to this contest accept that CBS Interactive may name the winners of the prizes in public.
5. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be examined by the CNET Australia team and winners will be selected. The winners each day will be selected from all valid entries received. The selection of all winners will be at the discretion of CNET Australia. The competition will run from 6th December November and close at 12am 23nd December 2011 AEST. Entries become the property of CBS Interactive and will not be returned. The draws will take place at the CBS Interactive office, Level 12, 50 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 at 9am the day after each post has been made. The winners will be notified by email.
6. If an individual selected as a winner does not respond to the CBS Interactive correspondence within 7 days of the original draw, the CNET Australia team will select another individual. This redraw will take place at CBS Interactive Sydney office.
7. CBS Interactive cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have been lost or not received due to interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or not received due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the contest.
8. The competition prize will be presented to the winners of the competition. All winners will each receive the prize as outlined on each post.
9. Entrants agree that CBS Interactive and its subsidiaries and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winners for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Prize Draw.
10. CBS Interactive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without t notice (subject to state approval). CBS Interactive makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
11. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. CBS Interactive and any of its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
12. Insurance and/or Warranty for the products will be the responsibility of the suppliers of the prize. Warranty details for each of the components of the prize will be provided with the prize by the suppliers.
13. The duration of the game of skill is from 6th December 2011 until 23rd December 2011.
