2.“PRIZE” consists of 20 copies of the film Friends With Benefits (DVD or Blu-ray – winner’s preference).
3.The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4.Entrance to the Promotion requires the electronic contact form to be completed and the question to be answered ‘tell us in 25 words or less if you wanted to share benefits with a friend, what’s the first step?’ The answer will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% articulation. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are a winner.
6.All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 13 years or over. It is assumed that entrants are 13 years of age or over as they have a registered Facebook account and are adhering correctly to the Facebook platform terms and conditions. Employees and immediate families of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
8.The Promotion commences at 09:00hrs on Thursday 15 December 2011, and ends at 17:00hrs (AEDT) on Thursday 22 December 2011.
9.An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation:
a.Late;
b.Delayed;
c.Incomplete;
d.Incomprehensible;
e.Unlawful;
f.Obscene;
g.Defamatory;
h.Libellous;
i.Threatening;
j.Pornographic;
k.Harassing;
l.Hateful;
m.Racially or ethnically offensive;
n.Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
o.Capable of violating any law; and/or
p.Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
10.Only one entry per person permitted.
11.Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12.The judging will take place on Friday 23 December 2011 at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment offices, Sydney 2000.
13.The winners will be contacted by email.
14.If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of judging, the prize will be forfeited
15.You must supply your correct address and contact details, and must enter those details correctly on the electronic entry form, in order for your entry to be valid.
16.Total prize pool value is $303.25. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value or model number of the prizes.
17.Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winners.
18.Sony Pictures Home Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
19.Sony Pictures Home Entertainment reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and winners will be drawn from entries received to that time
20.Entry to this competition is available via the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment enewsletter.
