VIP Bride Competition Terms & Conditions
1. There are 25 x VIP Bride Cards to win. Entry is by means of submitting your details on the following URL :
http://vipbride.me/win 2.The prize draw is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over.
3. VIP Bride will be launched in December 1 2011. This prize draw closes 31st December 2011. Winners will be drawn 7th January 2012 . All winners will be noticed and cards will be posted in the mail. No responsibility is taken for cards lost or stolen in the post.
4. Entry to prize draw is restricted to one per person.
5. Perth VIP Card reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
6. Perth VIP Card reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the subscription process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by Perth VIP Card to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. The prize will be awarded to the first 25 names drawn at random from all entries received. The winners will be notified by e-mail and letter within 14 days of the draw. The judges decision will be final. Perth VIP Card will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Perth VIP Card shall be final and legally binding.
8. The winners consent to Perth VIP Card using the their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and the awarded product manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Perth VIP Card.
9. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and conditions.
10. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Perth VIP Card, Perth VIP Card reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Perth VIP Card (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Perth VIP Card control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Perth VIP Card) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Perth VIP Card; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
