To help local families make the most of summer, Zinc 102.7 and Cairns Esplanade have put together some great packages of family summer fun. All you have to do to be in the running for fantastic prizes is collect two or more stamps on your “Summer of Fun” PASSPORT before the prize draw on Tuesday 21st February 2012. “Passports” are available FREE from Cairns Regional Council offices and libraries, the Cairns Esplanade office, the Zinc 102.7 office, Zinc Zoolanders, and the December issue of Pak Mag. Stamps can be collected from the Zinc marquee at Carols by Candlelight and New Year’s Eve this month, and then keep hold of your passport to collect more stamps at Australia Day in January and the World Record Zumba Attempt in February.

The following terms and conditions apply for the Zinc 102.7 and Cairns Esplanade “Summer Of Fun PASSPORT” promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion is from Thursday 1st December 2011 to Tuesday 21st February 2012, with the prize draw being conducted immediately after the World Record Zumba Attempt event beginning at 5:30pm on Tuesday 21st February 2012.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to collect their FREE PASSPORT from any Council Library, Cairns Esplanade office, Cairns Regional Council offices, Zinc 102.7 office, Zoolander vehicle or from Zinc Zoolanders at Cairns Esplanade events.
To be eligible to enter the prize draw, contestants must collect two or more stamps in their “Summer of Fun” PASSPORT.
PASSPORT “stamps” can be collected at the following Cairns Esplanade events: Carols By Candlelight (11th December 2011), New Years Eve (31st December 2011), Australia Day (26th January 2012) and the World Record Zumba Attempt (21st February 2012). Stamping will be conducted in the Zinc marquee at these four events. At the World Record Zumba Attempt event, stamps must be collected before the Zumba World Record Attempt commences.
Prizes will be drawn in Fogarty Park directly after our Zumba World Record Attempt beginning at 5:30pm on Tuesday 21st February 2012.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
To claim the “Boarding Pass For Prizes”, contestants must redeem their correctly stamped PASSPORT at the Zinc marquee at either the Australia Day or World Record Zumba Attempt events. Only PASSPORTS with a minimum of two valid event stamps will be accepted.
Contestants must complete all information on the “Boarding Pass For Prizes” to be a valid entry in the prize draw.
No entries into the promotion will be accepted after 6:00pm (EST) on Tuesday 21st February 2012.
All valid “Boarding Passes For Prizes” will be placed in a barrel – to be drawn out at random.
Contestants do not need to be at the prize draw to win the prize.
No entry mechanism into this promotion, other than that described above, is possible.
3. PRIZE DRAW DETAILS
Prizes will be drawn in one prize draw immediately after the World Record Zumba Attempt event beginning at 5:30pm on Tuesday 21st February 2012 at Fogarty Park.
Any contestant that does not comply with these terms & Conditions will be automatically disqualified from the prize draw.
4. PRIZES
The total prize pool consists of a minimum of:

Prizes in this prize pool will be packaged together into a specified number of PRIZE PACKS. Winners of these PRIZE PACKS will be determined by a random draw of entries from a barrel.
5. PRIZE PRESENTATION
Prizes will be presented to winning contestants immediately after the prize draw upon presentation of appropriate photo identification and completion of a Prize Claim Form. Winning contestants that do not attend the prize draw may collect their prize from the Zinc 102.7 reception between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), upon presentation of appropriate photo identification and completion of a Prize Claim Form.
6. PARTICIPATION
Entrants can be any age, however to claim a prize, the entrant must either be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent or guardian present with them when they claim their prize if they are under 18 years of age.
Proof of ID will be required.
7. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
If the “Zumba World Record Attempt” event scheduled for Tuesday 21st February 2012 is postponed to another date or cancelled altogether, then the prize draw is also deemed to be postponed to the new date (if the event is postponed) or will occur at the Zinc 102.7 offices on Wednesday 22nd February 2012 (if the event is cancelled).
No compensation shall be required to be made payable to any entrant in the promotion for cancellation or postponement of this promotion.
8. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK and CAIRNS REGIONAL COUNCIL and CAIRNS ESPLANADE and all PRIZE PROVIDERS, their employees and agents, against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason, without any notification to any entrant being required.
9. NOTIFICATION
The winning contestants will be notified in person at the completion of the prize draw on Tuesday 21st February 2012, or by phone on Wednesday 22nd February 2012.
10. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO and CAIRNS REGIONAL COUNCIL are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors, prize providers and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after the winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, a prize will not be awarded to any contestant in breach of eligibility.
Prime Radio reserves the right to change the entry details of the competition at any stage throughout the promotion, without any notification to any entrant being required.
11. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners will be drawn at random from a barrel. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
