To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, email a New Year’s resolution, along with an item they could purchase from Broadway to help them achieve their resolution to win@broadwayonthemall.com.au.
 
2. Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
 
3. Entry is only open to QLD residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of Broadway on the Mall, retailers (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
 
4. The Promotion Period commences on 30/12/11 and closes at 11.59am (Queensland time) on 9/1/12 (“Promotional Period”).
 
5. Only one (1) entry allowed per person.
 
6. There will be one (1) winning entries only and one (1) prize only. Prize will be drawn at 1pm on 9/1/12.
 
7. The winner will win a $100 voucher to the Broadway on the Mall retailer of their choice.
 
8. Vouchers may not be available from all retailers. If any voucher is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. All prizes offered by the Promoter are in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
 
9. Broadway on the Mall will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed or displayed.
 
10. Winners will be contacted on the email address that their entry was sent from. The promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect contact details being provided.
 
11. Any prizes that have not been claimed and collected by 5pm on Monday 23 January 2012 will be redrawn on Wednesday 25 January 2012. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of Centre Management will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
 
12. Winner will be responsible for pick up of their prize. Proof of identity to match the entry must be provided to Broadway on the Mall Centre Management before the prize will be awarded.
 
13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize / voucher is not included. Any unused balance of any prize / voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
 
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; death; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); or any tax liability incurred by a winner whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
