 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Year's supply of Shark Black Attack Premium 3 Piece Urethane Golf Balls Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
1. The Promotion commences 15th November 2011 at 8:00am AEST and closes 15th February 2012 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
2.Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4.To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
1.log onto www.sharkgolf.com.au (Shark Golf Website);
2.click on the competition link on the Shark Golf Website to enter the Promotion;
3.complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including personal contact information; and
4.follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
5.Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

◦Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant's entry.
◦The first valid entry drawn electronically at random at each of the Draw Dates will the Prize.

7.Total prize value is up to a maximum of $600.00 each with three (3) to be won. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date.
8. Each Prize winner will be notified in writing by e-mail within (5) days of the relevant draw. The names of the winners of each Prize will be published on the Shark Golf Website on the following date: 23rd February 2012.
9.The prizes (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prizes with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
10.The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed prize at Sporte Leisure, PO Box 266 Rosebery NSW, 1445, Australia on the on 30th March 2012 at 10.00am AEST, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by e-mail within five (5) days of the relevant draw and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Shark Golf Website on 1st April 2012.
11.All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
12.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Shark Black Attack Premium 3 Piece Urethane Golf Balls except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
14.If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
15.The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
16.The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
17.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant's personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant's personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter's privacy policy (which is available on request).
