1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the Promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Eligible Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant releases Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook.
4. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia under 18 years of age who fulfil the entry requirements, other than employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and affiliated companies and agencies and their respective employees (Eligible Entrants). (Entrants must obtain permission from their parents/guardian to enter. Eligible Entrants under 13 can enter provided their parent/guardian enter on their behalf.)
5. The Promoter reserves their right to verify the age and identity of the entrant prior to providing a prize.
6. The parent/guardian of each Eligible Entrant under 18 years of age agrees to indemnify the Promoter against:
(a) Any claims made by the entrant, his or her parent/guardian, or any other person, against the Promoter in connection with the Promotion or the entrant’s participation in the promotion; and
(b) Any losses (including any liability) caused by any act or omission of the Eligible Entrant which is inconsistent with these terms.
7. The Promoter may require any parental/guardian consent or agreement referred to in these terms to be produced in writing, and such consent if requested must include the words “in consideration of SunRice agreeing to admit the Entrant into this Promotion, [name of Parent or Guardian] agrees to be bound by the terms of entry into the Promotion.”
8. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on date Wed 7th Dec 2011 and concludes at 23:59pm AEST on date Fri 22nd Jan 2012 (Promotional Period). No extensions will be given under any circumstances. Eligible Entrants can submit only one entry over the promotional period.
9. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer unless indicated otherwise.
10. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must log onto their Facebook account at
www.facebook.com, and visit the SunRice Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/sunricefoods, and register for the Steph’s SunRice Swim Squad Competition. The Eligible Entrant will receive one entry into the draw. Eligible Entrants must register their details including but not limited to, full name, address, postcode, contact number, date of birth and 50 words or less as to why they should be selected for Steph’s SunRice Swim Squad.
11. Entries must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on Fri 22nd Jan 2012. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter's database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
14. Winners will be notified 2 weeks after the competition closes. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance places no part in determining the winner. Each accepted entry will be individually judged on its content and originality.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using their prize, except for any liability, which law cannot exclude.
16. By uploading a photo, the Eligible Entrant certifies that they are the copyright holder of this image and that the Promoter may re-use/distribute this image in any way they see fit. The Eligible Entrant consents to having their entry, their full name, their words and/or story about themselves, their school name and their home town published on the SunRice Facebook Page and Steph’s SunRice Swim Squad Facebook Page.
17. Details from entries and entry photographs will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this Promotion. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name, entry and photograph of the Winners will be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoting using personal information providing in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and awarding any prizes. Without limiting the foregoing, Entrant’s personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available at
http://www.sunrice.com.au/privacy/html. By entering this competition, Entrants consent to the receipt of emails and/or communications regarding the competition, and by ticking the optin checkbox on the Promotions entry form, they consent to receive other emails and/or communications which inform the Entrant of the Promoter’s other products and Promotions.
19. By entering the Promotion, eligible entrants agree and acknowledge:
(a) they may be contacted by the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) to provide comments about the Promotion and the Promoter (or agent of the Promoter) may take photos or recordings of them;
(b) the Promoter may use any comments obtained from them, their name, and/or likeness and any photos or recordings taken of them (the Materials) for the Promoter’s future promotional and marking purposes without further reference or compensation to them;
(c) the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilize the Materials as the Promoter wishes at anytime, anywhere and by any means. The Promoter may license, authorize or otherwise transfer the rights in the materials to others to do the same;
(d) they grant the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable license to use the Materials for whatever purposes it determines;
(e) they unconditionally and irrevocable consent to any act or omission future rights of a similar nature conferred by statute anywhere in the world whether occurring before or after this consent is given and they agree not to institute, maintain, or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their moral rights in the Materials.
20. There will be 10 prizes available to Eligible Entrants which include:

Your own individual profile on the SunRice Facebook site
One Video call from Steph Rice to your school (SunRice will liaise directly with your school and allow them to decide how the call will be managed. For example the call can be to the whole school, your year or even just your class)
Ongoing mentoring from Steph Rice (January to June) including preview of monthly videos (Steph’s Swim Tips), emails, advice and the opportunity to ask Steph questions
21. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements.
22. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize. The winner also agrees to have their image on the SunRice Facebook site.
23. The Promoter, SunRice and their associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communication networks, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. The Promoter will not accept any entries it deems breach any intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights. Photographs must only be of the Eligible Entrant. Photographs of third party’s will be deemed invalid entries. Any entries the Promoter deems absence, defamatory, harassing or objectionable in any way will be removed and are ineligible to win the Promotion.
24. SunRice on behalf of The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to SunRice for this purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion.
