Terms & Conditions:1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry. 2.
Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015. 3. The competition commences Thursday, 5th January 2012
and ends Monday, 6th February 2012 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on Monday, 21st February 2011 at 4pm. 4.
Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “THE CHANGE-UP”. Entry must be on the original entry form provided by store or via the official competition page on the Civic Video website at www.civicvideo.com.au. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim the prize if the winner declares purchase as validation for entry. 5. To enter customers must rent or buy “THE CHANGE-UP” during the promotion period (Thursday, 5th January 2012 to Monday, 6th February 2012) at Civic Video Pty Ltd, complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw, or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au. 6.
The first 3 valid entries drawn will win a Masport Ultimate Outdoor Package containing: an Outdoor Entertainment Pack including a Masport Plus BBQ 210 ($899 RRP) and Masport Stainless Steel Patio Heater ($429 RRP), an Outdoor 3 in 1 Multi-function Pack including Masport Multi-function Combo Unit ($449 RRP), Combo Hedge/Shrub Trimmer ($465 RRP) and Combo Pole Pruner chainsaw attachment ($355 RRP), and an Outdoor Lawn Care Pack including Masport 450ST Combo Lawnmower ($599 RRP) and Masport MT23HM-B Grass Trimmer ($389 RRP). Unclaimed prize(s) will be drawn on Monday, 18th June 2012 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on Monday, 4th July 2012. 12. Normal membership conditions apply. 13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 14. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. This may include a certificate displayed in the winner’s nominated store and/or “loop disc” announcement of the winner(s) and/or subscription to our electronic newsletter. Winners can opt out of in-store announcements by contacting the promoter directly either by phone on +612 9206 8800 or by sending a written request to the promoter’s address shown in point 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
