CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions and information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. If a conflict exists between these Conditions of Entry and any other material, these Conditions of Entry will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and agencies associated with any companies providing services or benefits to this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Entry into the promotion is free and open to Australian residents
aged 18 years or older who have a facebook account and who elect to like the Promoter's facebook page. To enter, each entrant must submit an entry on the Promoter's facebook page that sets out,
in 25 words or fewer, how the prize package will help them to take their first steps towards financial freedom.

No multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must separately and independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
5. It is a condition of entering the competition that the Promoter will collect the entrant's details and that the entrant automatically opts in to receive marketing communication.
6. The promotion commences at 00.01am (AEDT) on 06/02/2012 and
ends at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 12/03/2012. The winner will be selected at the Promoter's discretion and will take place on 19/03/2012 at 2 Park St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be notified by telephone or mail or email. The winners will be determined at the sole discretion by the judge appointed by Promoter. The judge will be the Head of Credit Cards, Citibank Australia. The winning entries will be the entries that the judge decides in their subjective view best describe how the prize package will help the entrant take their first steps towards financial freedom.

There are five prizes. The first prize contains five elements; $5,000 deposit in a Citibank Plus Account (refer clause 9), dinner for two (refer clause 
, 1 session with a Citibank Relationship Manager (refer clause 10), 1 session with a Citibank Mortgage Advisor (refer clause 10) and an iPad 2. The estimated value of the first prize is $6,389. The remaining four runner-up prizes are four $100 VISA pre-paid gift cards. The estimated value of the total prize pool is $6,789.8. The winner of the first prize will receive a $200 dining voucher redeemable at a participating restaurant within the Citibank Dining Program. The participating restaurant may be chosen by the competition winner on condition that it is a participating restaurant in the Citibank Dining program. The dining voucher must be redeemed by 31/10/2012. The first prize does not include transport to and from the restaurant.
9. The winner of the first prize will receive A$5,000 cash deposited in a Citibank Plus Account. Citigroup Pty Limited ABN 88 004 325 080, AFSL No. 238098 is the issuer of the Citibank Plus account. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to their acceptance of it. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take their prize, it will be forfeited by the winner.
To be eligible to open a Citibank Plus Account individuals must be 18 years or over and an Australian Resident. The issuer of the account has not considered the winners objectives, financial situation or needs, and any advice provided in relation to this product is general advice only, so before agreeing to open their Citibank Plus Account the winner should consider the account terms and conditions, that apply and are available at citibank.com.au., to decide whether the product is appropriate for them. If the winner chooses not to open a Citibank Plus Account, or if the winner is not eligible to open to a Citibank Plus Account, they will still receive their prize of $5,000.00 which Citibank will pay to them by cheque.
10. The winner of the first prize will receive 1 session with a Citibank Relationship Manager and 1 session with a Citibank Mortgage Advisor for the purposes of no-obligation financial health checks. These sessions are optional. All Citibank loans and any security for loans are subject to Citibank's credit criteria. Establishment and, where applicable, legal fees apply. 11. A person whose entry was selected must confirm their eligibility to be awarded the prize within 3 days of being successfully notified by the Promoter that they have been chosen, otherwise their entry may be deemed invalid. If their entry is deemed invalid, the Promoter may conduct another selection at the same place as the original selection was decided as necessary on 26/03/2012 in order to distribute any prize if unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) of the unclaimed prize, the winner will be notified by telephone or mail or email.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winner's identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by the winners in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction within the time requested, that winner's entry will become invalid. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
13. If any prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then a similar prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State and Territory legislation.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winner agrees to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents
17. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published their name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
