The winner will receive return flights to Melbourne (from major Australian capital cities) for the bride to be and up to 3 bridesmaids, high tea and a Mim Bride shopping experience at Mimco Chapel street to the value of $4000, overnight twin share accommodation in a Deluxe Studio Suite at The Olsen Hotel in South Yarra Melbourne, to the value of over $500 and dinner for four at The Olsen's in-house restaurant to the value of $250.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     The Promoter ofthis competition is Mimco Pty Ltd ACN 067 573 291 of 111 Cambridge Street,Collingwood VIC 3066.

2.     Instructions on"How to Enter" form part of these terms and conditions.  Participation by each entrant in this MimBride Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3.     The competitionis open to all engaged Australian residents over  the age of 18 years, except employees of thePromoter, their immediate families and any other agency determined by thePromoter at its discretion to be associated with this promotion. For thepurposes of this clause 3, "immediate families" of an employee of thePromoter includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings,step-siblings, or first cousin.

4.     Competitioncommences at 9:00am AEST on February 14, 2012 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on March 14, 2012.  Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted by the Promoter.

5.     Bride to send in a photo of her with her bridesmaids and tell us in 25 words or lesswhy she would love to have the ultimate Mimco Hen’s Experience in Melbourne with her ladies.

7.     The Promoterreserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrantsincluding an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence and to disqualifyany entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms andconditions or who tampers with the entry process. Despite anything to thecontrary in these terms and conditions, errors and omissions may be accepted atthe Promoter's complete discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any ofits rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8.     Each entry willbe individually judged based on creative merit and originality. The judges'decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is at their completediscretion and final and binding on all persons who enter into this competitionand no correspondence will be entered into.

9.     This promotion isa game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the finalist/winner.

10.  Judging theoverall winner will begin on or about 15 March 2012 with the winner beingchosen by 21 March 2012. This promotion will be judged by a panel of judgesappointed by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by email using contactdetails provided in their entry & or posted on the Promoter’s website.  If the winner cannot be contacted within areasonable amount of time (which must be no less than 7 days of being judged asthe successful entrant) the judges may appoint a new winner.

11.  The major prizewinner will be determined by the panel of judges.

12.  The major prizewinner will receive:

(a)    Economyflights to Melbourne (from major capital cities) for the bride and up to 3bridesmaids;

(b)  Hightea and Mim Bride shopping experience at Mimco Chapel St boutique to the valueof $4,000 AUD;

(c)  Overnighttwin share accommodation in a Deluxe Studio Suite at The Olsen hotel in SthYarra, Melbourne to the value of $538.00 AUD; and

(d)    Dinnerfor four at The Olsen’s in-house restaurant to the value of $250.00 AUD.

13.  The major prizewinner must be available to travel to Melbourne on during the month of April2012, excluding 6th – 9th April (Easter holiday period).

14.  Total major prizevalue is estimated to be approximately [Insert] AUD.

15.  The winner isresponsible for additional spending money and other ancillary costs not specificallyincluded as part of the major prize package which includes, but is not limitedto, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses.

16.  If for any reasonwhatsoever the winner does not take all components of the major prize packagethen that component of the major prize package not taken will be forfeited bythe winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the forfeited component.

17.  The prize must betaken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is nottransferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash, unless otherwisespecified. The vouchers are valid in the currency of the country in which theyare issued. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in theprize's value. The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from theirprize winnings and they should seek independent financial and tax advice priorto acceptance of their prize.

18.  If any prize isunavailable, the Promoter, in its complete discretion, reserves the right tosubstitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

19.  The promoteraccepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the major prizepackage.

20.  If this promotionis interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted asreasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of thePromoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to thefullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) tomodify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

21.  Except for anyliability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,employees, agents and related bodies corporate) is not liable for, and eachentrant must not bring any claim for, any personal injury, or any loss ordamage whatsoever (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect,special or consequential, arising in any way out of  this competition, including, but not limitedto, where arising out of any of the following: (a) any negligence of the Promoter(including its officers, employees, agents and related bodies corporate); (b)technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under thePromoter control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third partyinterference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damagedor misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to anyreason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in theprize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (f) any tax liabilityincurred by the winner; and (g) redemption or taking of the prizes.  In this clause 19, "related bodiescorporate" has the same meaning as is given to that term in the CorporationsAct 2001 (Cth).

22.  The Promoterreserves the right in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law toamend any aspect of this Mim Bride Competition at any time (including theseterms and conditions) without prior notification.

23.  All entriessubmitted (including any rights to the intellectual property contained in suchentries) are assigned to, and become the property of, the Promoter. By enteringthis promotion each entrant warrants to the Promoters that each entry submittedis an original literary work of the entrant, has not been previously publishedor won any award, and does not contain any material which would infringe therights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark or other thirdparty intellectual property rights. The entrant agrees to indemnify thePromoter, and keep the Promoter indemnified, against all claims and costs bythird parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this clause. ThePromoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes atits discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion,marketing and publicity purposes.

24.  By entering thecompetition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding thecompetition, content on Facebook and other emails which inform the entrant ofthe Promoter other publications, products, services and events and to promotethird party goods and services it may be interested in.

25.  The collection,use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competitionis governed by the Mimco Privacy Notice visit http://www.mimco.com.au/Article/privacy/index.aspx

26.  These terms andconditions are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with, thelaws enforceable in Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courtsexercising jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia and any court hearing appealsfrom those courts.

27.  These terms andconditions embody the entire agreement between the Promoter and each entrantwith respect to this competition.

28.   Any provision inthese terms and conditions which is invalid or unenforceable in anyjurisdiction is to be read down for the purpose of that jurisdiction, ifpossible, so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed tothe extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting theremaining provisions of these terms and conditions or affecting the validity orenforceability of that provision
