Terms and Conditions
1 Information on how to be eligible and prize details form part of these terms and
conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
2 The promoter is Woolworths Limited, ABN. 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way
Bella Vista NSW 2153 (“Promoter”).
3 The February 2012 Promotion will commence at 00:01am Australian Eastern
Standard Time (“AEST”) on 11th January 2012 and will continue until 23:59 pm AEST

The March 2012 Promotion will commence at 00:01am Australian Eastern Standard
Time (“AEST”) on 8th February 2012 and will continue until 23:59 pm AEST 6

The April 2012 Promotion will commence at 00:01am Australian Eastern Standard
Time (“AEST”) on 7th March 2012 and will continue until 23:59 pm AEST 3

Entry
4 Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over. Directors, management
and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and / or companies
associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5 To be eligible to enter and win, a person must, during the Promotion Period:2
(a) Register to become a member of Shoppers’ Corner at
www.shopperscorner.net.au (if you are not already a member); and
(b) take part in a survey (which will be through a survey link invitation emailed
to the person).
6 A person who enters the Promotion and satisfies the requirements of paragraphs 4
and 5 above is an Eligible Entrant.
7 An Eligible Entrant may choose to take part in as many surveys that they are invited
to participate in. There may be surveys that are sent to Eligible Entrants where the
Eligible Entrant does not meet the survey criteria (for example, if the survey is about
meat and the Eligible Entrant does not eat meat). The initial questions of a survey
may determine whether an Eligible Entrant meets the survey criteria. If an Eligible
Entrant does not meet the survey criteria, the survey will finish after the initial
questions. An Eligible Entrant will receive:
(a) one entry for each survey completed regardless of whether the Eligible
Entrant meets the survey criteria; and
(b) an additional entry for each survey where the Eligible Entrant meets the
survey criteria and the Eligible Entrant completes the survey.
8 An Eligible Entrant may receive 3 additional entries for each of:
(a) Completing an eligible "Bonus Entry Survey"; and/or
(b) Referring a friend or family member through the “Refer-A-Friend
Program”
Prize draw
8 For the February 2012 Promotion, there will be 1 random electronic prize draw
(“Prize Draw”) which will take place at 14:00 pm AEST on 8th February 2012 at
Stokes Mischewski, Level 3, 116-122 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 (“Draw
Location”).
For the March 2012 Promotion, there will be 1 random electronic prize draw (“Prize
Draw”) which will take place at 14:00 pm AEST on 7th March 2012 at Stokes
Mischewski, Level 3, 116-122 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 (“Draw
Location”).
For the April 2012 Promotion, there will be 1 random electronic prize draw (“Prize
Draw”) which will take place at 14:00 pm AEST on 4

For the June 2012 Promotion, there will be 1 random electronic prize draw (“Prize

9 The first 16 Eligible Entrants drawn from all eligible entries will win one of the
following available prizes:
(a) the first Eligible Entrant will win a gift voucher to the value of $1,000;
(b) the next 5 Eligible Entrants $100 each;
(c) the next 10 Eligible Entrants $50 each,
For prizes up to $100 dollars, prizes will be awarded in a form that the Eligible
Entrant has chosen during the registration process for Shoppers’ Corner (e.g. a
choice of gift voucher or payment via a PayPal account). For the prize of $1,000,
winners will be contacted and able to nominate their choice of gift voucher for the
variety of gift vouchers that the Promoter makes available (“Prize”).
10 The winner and redrawn winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw
and his or her details will be published on the Shoppers’ Corner website within 1
week of the Prize Draw and published in The Australian newspaper on:

11 If a prize is unclaimed for 3 months, the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the

June 2012 Promotion (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”) in order to distribute the Prize,
subject to any written direction of the state or territory lottery authorities.
General
12 The total maximum prize value for each Promotion is $2,000.
13 Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the
Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter 4
reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to
any direction of a lottery authority.
14 Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of the
Promoter.
15 If the Prize Winner receives a voucher as a Prize, it will be subject to third party
terms and conditions and there may be an expiry date.
16 If the Prize winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not
obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.
17 Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the
entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or
these conditions of entry, will be ineligible to win.
18 All other costs associated with taking and using the Prize are the responsibility of the
winner.
19 The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which may result
directly or indirectly from this Promotion, including the taking of prizes, except that
which cannot be excluded by law.
19.1 We respect your privacy. We collect, store and use your personal information in
accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The manner in which we generally collect,
store use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can view our
Privacy Policy on the Promoter’s website at
http://www.woolworths.com.au.
20 The Promoter has the right in its absolute discretion to amend or cancel the
Promotion, providing such does not advantage or disadvantage any individual.
