1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any person from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who hold an unrestricted drivers licence. Employees of the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed in store at Woolworths Bonner Supermarket at the commencement of the Promotion. Participants who are under the age of 18 and / or do not hold an unrestricted license must seek permission from their parent or guardian to enter.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Participating Supermarket Means Woolworths Bonner, 61 Mabo Boulevard, Bonner
ACT 2914.
Promotion Means the promotion governed by these Terms &
Conditions of Entry
Promotion Period Means 07:00am AEDT 23/2/12 to 11:59pm AEDT 20/3/12.
Eligible Purchases Means a transaction total of $50.00 or more from the
Woolworths Bonner Supermarket during the Promotion
Period.

4.The Promotion commences 07:00am AEDT 23/2/12 and closes 23:59pm AEDT on 20/3/12.
5. To enter the Promotion, spend $50 or more in a single transaction at the Woolworths Bonner Supermarket to receive an entry form. ONE ENTRY FORM PER TRANSACTION. To enter you must write down your name, address and phone number. The completed entry form must be placed in the entry box provided at the front of the store.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with an Eligible Purchase, or for otherwise submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. The prize draw will take place at 12 noon AEDT on 21/3/12 at Woolworths Bonner, 61 Mabo Boulevard, Bonner ACT 2914.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prizewinner will be contacted by phone and in writing. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. The first prize winner will have their name and state published on woolworths.com.au and in the Canberra Times on Wednesday 28th March, 2012.
9. The prize includes a Heavy Duty 6x4 box trailer valued at $895 and $1500 in Woolworths Gift Cards in the form of 3 x $500 gift cards. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Total prize value is $2395. Any additional costs, including trailer registration, are the responsibility of the winner. Collection of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. The promoter will negotiate a date and time suitable for collection of the prize.
10. The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties.
11. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. 12. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEST on Thursday 22 June 2012 at Woolworths Bonner, 61 Mabo Boulevard, Bonner ACT 2914. If in the case of an unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing and will have their name published on woolworths.com.au on Friday 23 June 2012.
13. If the winner is under the age of 18 years or does not hold an unrestricted license, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
14. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
17. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
18. The Promoter may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the promotion for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. 20. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
