Win a chance to cook with Curtis Stone and star in a Coles Recipe Video promotion (“Promotion”)
Terms & Conditions1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is free and is open to residents of Australia who are 15 years or over. Prizes will be awarded to guardians of any winner less than 18 years of age. Employees and contractors of Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences on 15 March 2012 at 9:00 (AEST)
and concludes on 8 April 2012 at 23.59 (AEST).4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Promotion winner. The grand prize winner and 10 runner-up winners will be judged and awarded by the Promoter.

The Promotion will be advertised on Facebook and is open to all Facebook users. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, and agree to release Facebook from any action in association with this Promotion. Entrants must follow and act in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at
www.facebook.com/terms.php. Any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
6. To enter, and receive one entry to the Promotion, entrants must visit
www.facebook.com/ColesRecipes and like the page to reveal the Promotion entry form. When the participant has submitted their answer in 25 words or less why they’d like to appear in a Coles Recipe Video with Curtis Stone and entered their details, they have entered the Promotion.

Entrants will be entitled to enter the Promotion for the grand prize multiple times by submitting additional 25 words or less entries. All entrants will be eligible for runner up prizes after they enter the Promotion. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize.8. Entries for the Promotion must be received by 23.59 (AEST) on 8 April 2012. The time of each entry will in each case be the time the entrant successfully submits the Promotion entry form on the Coles Recipes Facebook fan page. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

The grand prize is an opportunity to cook with Curtis Stone in a recipe video, including:
trip for two people to the recipe video shoot city, which will either be Melbourne or Sydney dependant upon the availability of Curtis Stone;
two return economy flights from your nearest capital city in Australia (if your nearest capital city is not the recipe video shoot city);
overnight accommodation in the recipe video shoot city;
transfers to and from the airport in the recipe video shoot city, and to and from the hotel to the recipe video shoot location; and
appearance in recipe video that may be broadcast on Facebook and YouTube, and in other media channels, including TV.
The grand prize does not include any other expense associated with the prize or trip, including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, travel insurance, transport to and from departure point, and extra accommodation costs including room service, phone calls, or damage to hotel property.10.
The date of filming of the grand prize is subject to the availability of Curtis Stone, but is likely to be around September 2012. This date will be confirmed in due course and at least one month’s notice of that date will be provided to the grand prize winner. If the grand prize winner is unable to attend on that date, they will forfeit the grand prize and be awarded a runner-up prize. The next placed runner-up who can attend on the nominated date will be awarded the grand prize.

There will be 10 x $100 Coles Gift Card runner up prizes to be won (total prize pool for runner up prizes $1,000).12. The Promotion will be judged by the Promoter after 8 April 2012 with the Promoter in its absolute discretion choosing the 11 most interesting entries that demonstrate why the entrant is passionate about cooking and food. The winners will be notified via their submitted contact details and via Facebook status announcement. The Promoter may then arrange for a telephone or video conference of up to 15 minutes to enable to Promoter to further assess each winning entrant’s passion for cooking to enable it to award the major prize. Each short listed entrant who is not awarded the major prize shall be awarded a runner-up prize.
13. The Promotion’s grand prize and runner-up prizes will be announced by the Promoter on 8 May 2012 on the Coles Recipes Facebook page and notified by using the details collected from the Promotion entry form.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result. 15. If the winners fail to respond to the Promoters request for, or are unavailable for, a telephone or video conference, that entrant forfeits their right to win any prize and the next placed entrant will be awarded a prize. If any entrant fails to claim their prize by confirming their mailing address within 7 days of being notified they will also forfeit their right to win that prize and the next placed entrant will be awarded a prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter, or any other misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
17. Entrants warrant and agree that:
they will not submit, produce, share or distribute any content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 18 or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
they will obtain prior consent from any person in respect of that person or their property that appears in their content;
they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the content, to the uses and terms herein;
18. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize pool.
19. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter (they can be contacted at

20. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion entirely, or recommence it on similar conditions at a later date.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury) in connection with any entry into the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize/s except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
22. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
23. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to Promoter using the entrants name and submitted answer, and the recipe video in connection with the Promoter in any media without compensation, and entrant will sign such copyright licence and/or consents as necessary. Entrant warrants to Promoter that it is authorised to submit its entry and that such entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and hereby indemnifies Promoter for all damages and costs suffered due to any action taken against Promoter by a third party in relation to Promoters use of such entry.
24. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in the Promotion. The winner also hereby permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with any advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
25. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent. Winner’s names will be published on the Coles Recipes Facebook and Twitter page. If you are not willing for these uses or disclosures to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion.
