Competition Terms and Conditions

1.  This competition is based on skill, all entries are judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality, to the theme ''Just Hopping Around".  The judges decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.

2.  Competition begins 15 March 2012 and ends 13 April 2012.  Competition is judged on 16 April 2012. Winners will be notified within 3 days of this date.

3.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

4.  Entrants must be over 13 years of age and permanent residents of Australia.

5.  In order to enter, entrants must fill out the form on the competition page Here
They will either a) upload a photograph or b) provide a link to a video on youtube.

6.  You will receive an acknowledgement of the form and this is your confirmation your entry is received.

7.  Entries must not contain material that could be considered inappropriate for minors.

8.  You may enter multiple times

9.  Hop Shop Bop reserves the right to use any material submitted during this competition for promotional purposes.

10. The prize winner will be notified by email/telephone call within 3 days of the draw.

11. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.

12. Hop Shop Bop and the promoters takes no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, late, lost or redirected mail

13.  If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation.
