Terms and Conditions of entry
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry (“Terms & Conditions”).
1.2 Entry into this “Transforme’ Yourself” promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 The Promotion commences on Sunday 26th February 2012, at 00:01 (AEST) and closes at Saturday 7th April 2012 23:59 (AEST) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.4 Each weekly entry period through the Promotion is outlined in Clause 5.2 of these Terms & Conditions.
1.5 The Promotion will be advertised on Channel TEN and at www.thebiggestloser.com.au (“Website”).
1.6 The promoter is Network Ten Pty Ltd, 1 Saunders Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009, ABN: 91 052 515 250 (the “Promoter”), telephone number (02) 9650 1010, website ten.com.au
1.7 The benefitting party is LD&D Australia Pty Ltd, 737 Bourke Street Docklands, Melbourne, VIC 8012, ABN: 68 083 019 390.
2. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants are required to register and log into the Website and complete an online entry form in order to submit their entry.
2.4 Consumers must register to become a member via the Website. It is free to become a member. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the Website Membership rules.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter, entrants are required to purchase any one (1) Yoplait Forme’ product during the Promotion Period, log on to www.thebiggestloser.com.au and submit their details including (but not limited to) their full name, full address, phone number, email address, date of birth and the last 5 digits of the barcode of their Yoplait Forme’ product.
3.2 Entrants must retain a copy of their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Purchases must be made during the Promotional Period and the date of purchase should be prior to the entrant’s entry submission.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request a proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Failure to provide proof of all purchases, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, will result in the invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize and a re-draw will occur at the discretion of the Promoter or any chosen date.
3.4 A limit of one entry per eligible purchase per person per day is permitted, although entrants can enter multiple times throughout the entire promotional period on the basis that each subsequent entry requires the separate purchase of a Yoplait Forme’ product. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
3.5 A limit of only one prize per household is permitted (SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize).A Weekly Prize winner is also eligible to win the Major Prize.
3.6 All entries must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on Saturday 7th April 2012. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
3.7 Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
3.8 The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependant on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
Weekly Prizes
4.1 Six (6) weekly prizes will be awarded (1 prize per week), and each weekly prize winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following prize package options:
Prize Package option 1:
- 2 x 1 hour personal training sessions , including tailored exercise & nutrition plan valued at up to $500;
- 3 months gym membership valued at up to $350 (subject to terms and conditions of the winner’s local nearest gym)
Each package valued at up to $850.00
Prize Package option 2:
- A half day session with a Westfield style and image consultant valued at $=400

The Major Prize
4.2 One (1) major prize will be awarded and the major prize winner will receive:
- A trip for two (2) to the Gold Coast, QLD to enjoy five (5) nights at Camp Eden Health Retreat valued at up to $6440including:
 5 nights accommodation at Camp Eden Health Resort (stay to commence on a Sunday)
 Buffet Spa Cuisine (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner)
 Access to daily wellness classes & talks
 Access to all the spa facilities including steam room, spa bath and relaxation lounges.
 1 hr Personal Training Session (per person)
 1.5 hrs Hot Rocks massage (per person)
 1 hr Pilates class (per person)
- Two (2) x return economy airfares to Gold Coast from the winner’s closest capital city valued at up to $1,600
- Return Airport to Camp Eden transfers valued at up to $100;
- $1,500 spending money (AUD)
Total Major Prize Valued at up to $9,640
4.3 Total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $15, 340 (including GST), subject to the weekly package chosen and major winner’s point of departure.
4.4 The cash prize is to be paid in the form of direct deposit to the winner into their chosen bank account in the form of an electronic fund transfer (EFT).
4.5 Other Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize value is in Australian dollars and based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
4.6 If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable State legislation.
4.7 Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
4.8 All elements of the weekly and the major prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of when the winner is drawn.
4.9 In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited and nothing awarded in lieu. As above it has to be used within six (6) months of the winner being drawn.
4.10 Unless otherwise specified in the Prize Details Section of these Terms & Conditions, the winner and their travel companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, mealsdrinks, transfers, laundry
charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4.11 The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin or Perth) for flight departure. If the winner resides in QLD then the flight component of the prize will not be included and the winner and their travelling companion will responsible for making their way to and from the Camp Eden Health Retreat, and will not be awarded any prize or cash in lieu of the flight component.
4.12 The prize must be taken by the time stipulated by the Promoter and is subject to hotel and flight availability. Accomodation at the Camp Eden Health Resort must commence on a Sunday. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made.
4.13 Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
4.14 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the Camp Eden Health Retreat for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
4.15 It is the winner’s and his or her companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, which meet the requirements of government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her companion.
4.16 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
5. PRIZE DRAW
5.1 Each entrant who has validly entered the Promotion during the weekly periods stipulated in clause 5.2 will be entered into the weekly draws for that entry period. The first valid entrant to be drawn each week will be deemed the weekly prize winner for that week. Each valid entrant who has entered the Promotion over the duration of the Promotional Period will be entered into the major draw. The first valid entrant to be drawn at the major prize draw will be deemed the major prize winner.
5.2 All entries must be received within the Promotion Periods outlined in the Table below. All times are AEDT until 1st April 2012 and in AEST after 1st April 2012

5.3 All prize draws will take place at at Salmat IDR, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060.
5.4 Winners will be notified of their prize in writing and phone call within 2 days of the draw.
5.5 Winners will be published in the Public Notices section of “The Australian” newspaper on dates stipulated in clause 5.2.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
5.7 Prizes will be only be awarded to the person named in the entry.
5.8 Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter at the address detailed in clause 6.11 below.
5.9 Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at at Salmat IDR, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Monday 16 July 2012 at 10:00 (AEST). All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other than the winner of the initial draw) will be eligible to win in the unclaimed prize draw. The winners will be notified of their prize in writing and will have their details published in the Public Notices section of “The Australian” newspaper on Monday 23 July 2012.
5.10 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion prize draw.
5.11 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
5.12 If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
6. STANDARD TERMS
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
6.2 Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
6.3 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
6.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
6.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a type described in this clause.
6.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the weekly winners, major winner and his or her travelling companion may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute
discretion, which release form may also extend to release LD&D Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 083 019 390) of 737 Bourke Street Docklands, Melbourne, VIC 8012 (“LD&D”).
6.8 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State legislation.
6.9 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.10 The Promoter and LD&D and their associated agencies , companies and sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.11 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written direction given under State legislation.
6.12 All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion each entrant consents to the Promoter collecting personal information about the entrant to enable the entrant to participate in this Promotion and to administer the Promotion and announce the winners, but (subject to clause 6.10) no further use of this information will be made without the entrant’s prior consent.
6.13 You (the Entrant) may opt-in to receive further information and marketing material from the Promoter, its associates , and third parties with whom the Promoter may have an arrangement, if you check the appropriate check box on the Promotion online entry form. The information of Entrants who opt-in, will be entered into a database and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy policy of the Promoter (available here – http://ten.com.au/privacy-policy.htm). If you no longer wish to receive further information and marketing materials from either the Promoter, its associates, or a third party with whom the Promoter may have an arrangement, contact The Promoter at the details set out below, or click “un-subscribe” on any email received. All requests to update, modify or delete your details should be directed to The Promoter.
6.14 Salmat IDR Pty Limited, on behalf of The Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Salmat IDR Pty Limited for this purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion.
6.15 Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and state. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
6.16 The Promoter (and its associated companies and agencies) and LD&D (and its associated companies and agencies), will not be liable for, and by receiving, taking or using any prize each winning entrant is deemed to release the Promoter and LD&D and each of their respective associated companies and agencies from, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6.17 The Promoter holds the benefit of clause 6.16 on its own behalf and as trustee for:
(a) its associated companies and agencies;
(b) LD&D and its associated companies and agencies.

4.9 In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take any element of the prize at the time
stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited and nothing awarded in lieu. As
above it has to be used within six (6) months of the winner being drawn.
4.10 Unless otherwise specified in the Prize Details Section of these Terms & Conditions, the winner and their travel
companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, mealsdrinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services
charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.  Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect
against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4.11 The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and
are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide,
Hobart, Canberra, Darwin or Perth) for flight departure. If the winner resides in QLD then the flight component
of the prize will not be included and the winner and their travelling companion will responsible for making their
way to and from the Camp Eden Health Retreat, and will not be awarded any prize or cash in lieu of the flight
component.
4.12 The prize must be taken by the time stipulated by the Promoter and is subject to hotel and flight availability.
Accomodation at the Camp Eden Health Resort must commence on a Sunday. The prize is not available during
peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking
has been made.
4.13 Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos.
Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight
schedule.  Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
4.14 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the Camp Eden Health
Retreat for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
4.15 It is the winner’s and his or her companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid
documentation, which meet the requirements of government authorities at every destination. Any fines,
penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of
those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her companion.
4.16 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
5. PRIZE DRAW
5.1 Each entrant who has validly entered the Promotion during the weekly periods stipulated in clause 5.2 will be
entered into the weekly draws for that entry period. The first valid entrant to be drawn each week will be
deemed the weekly prize winner for that week. Each valid entrant who has entered the Promotion over the
duration of the Promotional Period will be entered into the major draw. The first valid entrant to be drawn at
the major prize draw will be deemed the major prize winner.
5.2 All entries must be received within the Promotion Periods outlined in the Table below.  All times are AEDT until
1st April 2012 and in AEST after 1st April 2012

5.3 All prize draws will take place at at Salmat IDR, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060.
5.4 Winners will be notified of their prize in writing and phone call within 2 days of the draw. 5.5 Winners will be published in the Public Notices section of “The Australian” newspaper on dates stipulated in
clause 5.2.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the
nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification,
residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a
winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be
offered. 
5.7 Prizes will be only be awarded to the person named in the entry.
5.8 Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to
notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to
Promoter at the address detailed in clause 6.11 below.
5.9 Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at  at
Salmat IDR, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Monday 16 July 2012 at 10:00 (AEST).   All valid
entries received during the Promotion Period (other than the winner of the initial draw) will be eligible to win
in the unclaimed prize draw. The winners will be notified of their prize in writing and will have their details
published in the Public Notices section of “The Australian” newspaper on Monday 23 July 2012. 
5.10 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion
prize draw.
5.11 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize
and the prize supplier’s requirements.
5.12 If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
6. STANDARD TERMS
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the
promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition
necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.  It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner
may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
6.2 Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes  damaged,
delayed or lost in transit.
6.3  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable
media    editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and
photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
6.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by
the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any
other reason.
6.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may
occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or
alteration of entries.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion
of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory
statements, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is
not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in
conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the
goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a
winner if the promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a type described in
this clause.
6.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the  weekly  winners, major winner and his or her travelling
companion may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, which release form may also extend to release LD&D Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 083 019 390) of 737
Bourke Street Docklands, Melbourne, VIC 8012 (“LD&D”).
6.8 In the case of the intervention of any outside act,  agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the
Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms &
Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State
legislation.
6.9 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights
to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.10 The Promoter and LD&D and their associated agencies , companies and sponsor assume no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any
action that may be available.
6.11 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of
the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of
this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process and take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the Promotion, subject to any written direction given under State legislation.
6.12 All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion each entrant consents to the
Promoter collecting personal information about the entrant to enable the entrant to participate in this
Promotion and to administer the Promotion and announce the winners, but (subject to clause 6.10) no further
use of this information will be made without the entrant’s prior consent.
6.13 You (the Entrant) may opt-in to receive further information and marketing material from the Promoter, its
associates , and third parties with whom the Promoter may have an arrangement, if you check the appropriate
check box on the Promotion online entry form. The information of Entrants who opt-in,  will be entered into a
database and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy policy of the Promoter (available here  –
http://ten.com.au/privacy-policy.htm). If  you no longer wish to receive further information and marketing
materials from either the Promoter, its associates, or a third party with whom the Promoter may have an
arrangement,  contact The Promoter at the details set out below, or click “un-subscribe” on any email received.
All requests to update, modify or delete your details should be directed to The Promoter.
6.14 Salmat IDR Pty Limited, on behalf of The Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal information for the
purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying
winner). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Salmat IDR Pty Limited for this purpose. If you
are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion.
6.15 Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’
names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and
advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and state.  A request to access,
update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
6.16 The Promoter (and its associated companies and agencies) and  LD&D (and its associated companies and
agencies), will not be liable for, and by receiving, taking or using any prize each winning entrant is deemed to
release the Promoter and LD&D and each of their respective associated companies and agencies from, any loss
or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law. 
6.17 The Promoter holds the benefit of clause 6.16 on its own behalf and as trustee for:
(a) its associated companies and agencies;
(b) LD&D and its associated companies and agencies.
