1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. All entries are via
ten.com.au as advertised on these websites or on Network TEN. In order to qualify to submit an
entry, viewers must be registered member of one of the Ten websites. It is free to become a member.
2. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia 18 years and over.
3. Cost of entry via the internet is free. Internet connection rates apply.
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the TEN website membership rules.
6. Fraudulent memberships/ entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to
answer a question and provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email
address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying
eligibility.
7. A limit of 1 entry per member per day applies.
8. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.
9. The competition entry period commences on Monday 16 April 2012 at 00:01 AEST and
concludes at 1:00 pm AEST on Thursday 19 April 2012 AEST.
10. The winner/s will be judged, commencing Thursday 19th April 2012 at 1:30 AEST at the
premises of the promoter. The most creative/engaging answer/s as determined by the promoter will
be deemed the 'major winners''. The Judges/Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
11. Prizes and values are as follows:
1 x major winner will receive:
• 2 x return economy flights to Noosa departing 17th May 2012 and returning Tuesday 21st May
2012 valued at up to $3200
4 x night’s accommodation in a twin share beachfront apartment in Culgoa Point Beach Resort
from 17 May, checking out 21 May, 2012 (valued at $920)

• 2 x 3 day Gold Passes to the 2012 Noosa International Food and Wine Festival valued at
$630
Total prize pool is valued at $4,750 (depending on winners point of departure)
12. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be redemmed on the dates
stipulated otherwise the winner forfeits the entire prize. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction
with any third party vendor terms and conditions. The Major prize winner and their companion must be
aged 18 years and over.
13. Flights cannot be changed once booked except at the winner’s own expense. The major prize is based
on two people travelling together and sharing accommodation. Airline travel is based on scheduled
flights in economy class to and from nearest Australian capital city. If the major winner is from NT or
Tasmania connecting flights to their nearest capital city are included.
14. Travel is on confirmed space but it is still subject to seat availability at the time of booking. It is
the traveller's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation at the time of
departure. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents
not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveler/s.
15. The prize winner and their companion must be available to travel to Noosa from their nearest capital
city on Thursday 17th May and return from Noosa to their nearest capital city on on Tuesday 21st May,
2012..

16. Flight Terms and Conditions
• Travel is on confirmed space but is still subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
• Tickets are non transferable and flights are subject to availability.
• Flight bookings will need be confirmed at least 7 days prior to travel.
• Any changes to the flight arrangements once booked are at the winner’s own expense.
• Normal airline terms and conditions of carriage apply.
• Passengers who do not notify the airline or prize provider that they will not be boarding the
designated flight/s at least 24 hours prior to departure or no show for a flight will forfeit the prize
tickets.
• If the winner resides in Queensland then the flight component of the competition will not form
part of the prize.
17. If the person judged the winner cannot travel to coincide with attendance at the 2012 Noosa
International Food Festival they forfeit the entire prize and no compensation will be provided.
18. If the a winner forfeits the prize The Promoter has the right to select the next best winner to
redeem the prize until a suitable winner is found.
19. Accommodation is supplied on a room only basis. The nominated winner may be required to
present a valid credit card upon check-in at the hotel to cover incidentals, telephone calls, meals,
drinks, room & concierge services etc. that are not included in the prize. All other expenses
associated with the holiday prize (meals, drinks, trips, leisure activities, etc.) are not included,
unless otherwise stated.
20. The Promoter takes no responsibility for changes or cancellations to dates or venues.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
22. If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoters
control, then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any
reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the
Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be
awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
23. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they
should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of
the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental
or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of
accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined
by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss
(including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or
death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's
negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law
(in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
26. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
27. The winners will be notified by telephone..
28. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time
of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes
no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
29. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of
conducting this promotion. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at
the office of the Promoter or its agency acting on its behalf in relation to this promotion. A request
to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. A copy of the
Promoter’s privacy policy in relation to treatment of personal information collected may be
obtained by contacting the Promoter.
30. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows
an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by
that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the
normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise
undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws
and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right
to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any
costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an
entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
31. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name,
and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Entrants can also gain
access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address
below. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be
obtained by contacting the Promoter.
32. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process.
33. Network TEN and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes
lost or damaged in transit.
