The Everyday Rewards Bega Win a Trailer and $1500 in Woolworths Gift Cards in the form of 3 x $500 gift cards Offer (the "Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the Extra Rewards component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all Woolworths customers who shop at the Bega Supermarket and have Registered for the Everyday Rewards Program at everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”), by telephoning the Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 (the “Call Centre”), or by completing and returning the Everyday Rewards Registration Form to the address specified on the Registration Form. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Salmat IDR Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on woolworths.com.au and available at Bega Supermarket at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card Means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is Registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
Participating Supermarket Means the Woolworths Supermarket promoting the Everyday Rewards program, located in Bega, NSW.
Promotion Means the Everyday Rewards Bega Win a Trailer and $1500 in Woolworths Gift Cards in the form of 3 x $500 gift cards Offer governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Promotional Period Means 08:00 AEST on 18.04.2012 to 23:59 AEST on 15.05.2012.

Registered Means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.
4. The Promotion commences 08:00 AEST on 18.04.12 and concludes 23:59 AEST on 15.05.12. Entries for the prize draw close on Tuesday 15th May, 2012 during the Promotional Period, at 23:59 AEST.
5. To enter the Promotion, a Cardholder must present and swipe their registered Card before paying for their purchases of $50 or more at Woolworths Bega Supermarket during the Promotional Period. One entry will be recorded for each purchase transaction; a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day. This offer excludes gift cards and selected services from the qualifying amount. In New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia, “Smoking / Tobacco” product purchases are excluded from entry, by law.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will void all Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.
7. The prize winner will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEST on the Monday of the following week, the draw being Monday 21st May, 2012. The prize draw will take place at Salmat IDR Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, 2060 NSW.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prize winner will be contacted by phone within 2 days of the draw and in writing and their name and state will be published on
www.woolworths.com.au on 29th May, 2012. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
9. The Prize includes Barbeques Galore Trailer 6x4 trailer RRP valued at $990.00 (incl registration) and $1500 worth of Woolworths Gift Cards in the form of 3x$500 gift cards. The total prize value is $2,490.00 – Prize includes 12 months registration in the name of the winner for private use. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner is under the age of 18 years or do not hold an unrestricted license, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf. If the winner is unable to register the trailer in their name, they will nominate another person who agrees to have the trailer registered in their name. The promoter will negotiate a date and time suitable for collection of the prize. Collection of the prize is the responsibility of the winner, the prize is to be collected from the Woolworths Bega supermarket in NSW and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for availability of their prize. Upon arranging collection of the trailer, the winner will arrange in conjunction with the Promoter and Barbeques Galore, registration of the trailer.

10. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws as necessary subject to regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on 21st August, 2012 at 12:00 noon AEST at Salmat IDR Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, 2060 NSW. 11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise as from winning the prize. Independent financial advise should be sought.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
13. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
14. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial, state and Participating Supermarket location. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose.
