TERMS OF OFFER AND SUPPLY
HOW TO ORDER YOUR ADVIL MINI PACK
The offer is only open to Australian residents 18 years or older (“Purchasers”) and it is subject to availability.
Each Advil Mini Pack is priced at $0.55 including GST and is paid for via the premium SMS submission.
In order to purchase an Advil Mini Pack containing 6 Advil tablets, a Purchaser must SMS their full name and
postal address to 199 52 400.
The Advil Mini Pack will be sent to the postal address (which must be in Australia) specified in the SMS message
used to purchase the product. The Purchaser must specify their own address.
Purchasers should allow up to 28 days for the delivery of their Advil Mini Pack. Pfizer accepts no responsibility for
any Advil Mini Pack that is lost or damaged in transit, or subsequently stolen or misappropriated from the
nominated delivery address. Pfizer accepts no responsibility for any incorrect postal address provided by
Purchasers.
This offer is open for a limited time only. It opens on 05/03/2012 and ends on 28/05/2012 at 23:59 AEDST.
SMS must be received by Pfizer by 28/05/2012 at 23:59 AEDST.
Purchasers can only purchase one Advil Mini Pack per calendar month during the period of this limited offer.
Pfizer may reject any SMS at its sole discretion if it forms the view that a Purchaser is seeking to directly or
indirectly request more than one Advil Mini Pack per calendar month in which case the Purchaser forfeits its 55c.
Once the Promoter's stock limit of Advil Mini Packs is reached, Purchasers will not be sent an Advil Mini Pack.
In relation to the Advil Mini Pack, you should read the label and use only as directed. Incorrect use could be
harmful and a Purchaser should consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
TERMS
1. SMS submissions must be submitted from the Purchaser’s own mobile phone. SMS submissions sent via
the Internet are not valid and will not be accepted.

3. Each Advil Mini Pack is priced at $0.55 including GST and is paid for via the premium SMS submission.
4. There is a maximum total of 25,000 Advil Mini Packs available for purchase in this promotion. Should this
maximum total be exceeded during the period of the promotion, Pfizer may halt or extend any further
purchases in its sole discretion.
5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Pfizer, it may, in its sole discretion, to the
fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
6. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Pfizer (including its officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for:
a. any personal injury; or
b. any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity),whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising
out of the following:
i. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Pfizer’s control);
ii. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; 2
iii. any SMS that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their
receipt by Pfizer) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Pfizer;
iv. any variation in product value to that stated in these terms;
v. any tax liability incurred; or
vi. use of the Advil product.
7. If a mandatory term is implied by law or a mandatory consumer guarantee applies to goods or services
provided in connection with these terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Pfizer’s liability for
breach of the term or guarantee is limited, at Pfizer’s option to: (a) in the case of goods not of a kind
ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, either replacement or repair
of the goods or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods; and (b) in the case of services not
of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, to either resupply of
the services or the cost of the resupply of the services.
8. Pfizer collects personal information in order to conduct this and any other Pfizer Inc. business and may,
for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors,
prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. By providing personal information to
us in connection with this promotion, Purchasers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their
information as described. Purchase of an Advil Mini Pack is conditional on providing this information.
Purchaser’s personal information will not be provided to any other third party for any reason other than
that specified above. Purchaser should direct any request to access, update or correct information to
Pfizer. All entries become the property of Pfizer.
9. In these terms, Pfizer means Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd of 38-42 Wharf Road West Ryde, NSW 2114 ACN
