Dendy Cinemas and Brisbane Writers Festival are giving away a double pass to the Brisbane Writers Festival Bookend event ‘Meet Jeffrey Eugenides’ at Brisbane Powerhouse, Sunday 20 May at 5pm. American Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist and short-story writer Jeffrey Eugenides will be having an intimate conversation about The Marriage Plot, his brilliant third novel and his first in eight years, in a Brisbane Writers Festival Bookend Event. Jeffrey’s first novel, The Virgin Suicides, was published in 1993 to great acclaim and he has received numerous awards for his work. In 2003,
Jeffrey received the Pulitzer Prize for his novel Middlesex which was also a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award, the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and France’s Prix Medicis and has sold more than three million copies. Competition closes Tuesday May 15.

The entries judged correct and most deserving, as determined by the judges, will win a double pass to the Brisbane Writers Festival Bookend event ‘Meet Jeffery Eugenides’ at Brisbane Powerhouse, Sunday 20 May at 5pm with a total prize pool of $70.00. There is 1 prizes available and they cannot be broken up and redeemed in parts or separately. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
5. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition.
