Terms and Conditions
Win the Ultimate Experience in the Goulburn River Valley Region Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. No purchase necessary to enter the Ultimate Experience prize draw.

2. Entries open Saturday 9th June 2012

3. Entries must be received by 5.00pm 1st June 2013 . Goulburn River Valley Tourism accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.

3. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place 9.00am 2nd June 2013. The first entry drawn will be the winner.

4. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

5. Winners will be listed on the Goulburn River Valley Tourism website www.goulburnrivervalley.com.au

6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash

7. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The information entrants provide will be used by Goulburn River Valley Tourism and Lake Mountain Alpine Resort for the purpose of marketing and publicity purposes. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance to be contacted by Goulburn River Valley Tourism and Lake Mountain Alpine Resort.

9. Goulburn River Valley Tourism and Lake Mountain Alpine Resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize from the time of receipt of the prize.

10. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.

11. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
