METHOD OF ENTRY
Information on this competition forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions when the winner claims their prize.
The Promoter is GE Personal Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 54 008 443 810) of 572 Swan Street, Richmond, Vic 3121 trading as GE Money, Australian Credit Licence number 392163. (“Promoter”)
The promotion commences on Friday 15th June 2012 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Friday 14th September 2012 at 23:59 (AEST) (“Promotional Period”)
The promotion is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over, who have applied for any of the GE Money branded loan products, gained approval and settled the loan during the promotional period, (“Eligible Entrant”). All Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the draw for their chance to win. (“The Promotion”).

www.gemoney.com.auEmployees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Salmat IDR Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, and deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
All entries must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on Friday 14th September 2012. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
THE PRIZE
There will be three (3) Prize winners. The prize is a Sony 55 inch EX720 Series BRAVIA Full HD 3D TV (model number: KDL55EX720) valued at $1,598.00 (including GST) each.
The total prize pool is valued at $4,794.00 (inc GST).
All eligible entries will be automatically entered into the Prize draw. Three (3) valid entrants will be drawn at random to become the winners. The draw will take place at Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, on Tuesday 2nd October at 3pm (AEST). The Prize winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing and by phone. The winner’s first name, last name and state of residence will be published on the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 9th October 2012.
If a draw is scheduled on a public holiday in the state of NSW, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Tuesday 15th January 2013 at 3pm (AEDST). The winner will be notified within 2 days of the draw. The Prize winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing and by phone. The winner’s first name, last name and state of residence will be published on the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 22nd January 2013.
All prizes are as depicted or described in the promotions for the competition are not subject to change. Unless, the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, then The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
All expenses (including installation costs) become the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will pay for delivery of the item via courier to the winner’s nominated residential address within 28 days of the draw taking place and the winner being verified.
It is a condition of acceptance of the prize that the winning entrant’s GE Money account must be current (during the Promotional Period and at the time of the draws) and the winning entrant must not be in default and arrears under their GE Money contract.
Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
FINAL CONDITIONS
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter takes no liability for any tax issues which may arise from accepting a prize in this competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
The Promoter and the prize supplier/s assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of GE Money which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, GE Money reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Salmat IDR Pty Limited, on behalf of the Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Salmat IDR Pty Limited for this purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion
Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and state. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. If you do not wish to be part of the promotion please call 1300 436 436 to be removed from the draw. All requests must be made by close of business Monday 1st October 2012 (AEST).
All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the
