This journal has given me a way to record symptoms, illnesses, treatments, medications, doctors and loads more! In a handy A5 size (perfect for a handbag or nappy bag) it is a wonderful record to pass on to children when they reach adulthood. It would make a great gift for parents or expectant mums!
