answer 2 questions: 1. ‘How old is Bing Lee?’ and 2. Tell us in 25 words or less why you and your family would like to win a trip to China (the most creative answer wins), for a chance to win a trip for a family of 4 to China for 7 nights.

Entry is only
open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences Thursday 26/07/12 and concludes 5pm EST on Wednesday 08/08/12. The winner will be chosen on Friday 10/08/12 at 9.30am EST, Level 1, 702 Woodville Rd, Guildford NSW 2161. The most creative answer ti question 2 will win. Winners will be notified by mail and telephone and their name will be published on the Bing Lee website
www.binglee.com.au on Tuesday 14/08/12. Should the prize remain unclaimed or the winner remain uncontactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of draw, a redraw will be conducted at the original draw location Friday 9/11/12 at 9:30am EST. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total value of potential Bing Lee prize pool is $15, 467.00. This includes:
*return economy class airfares for 2 adults and 2 children (11 years and under)
*taxes and fees
*return coach transfers Beijing Airport – accommodation v
*4 star centrally located Beijing accommodation suitable for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children aged 2-11 years)
*Chinese visa application fee (for Australian passport holders). An additional fee may apply for a prize winner travelling on a non-Australian passport which would be at the winner’s expense
Travel must be completed by 30 April 2013. Flight times and airlines shall be confirmed at the discretion of the accredited travel agent and are based on travelling ex Sydney.
Airfares are based on the children being 11 years and under at completion of travel. If the children are older, they may travel but prize winner will be responsible for paying the fare difference.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide first and last names as per photo ID for the accommodation and flights. Prize winners are responsible for having a valid passport at time of travel.
As a tourist visa will be needed enough time will need to be allowed between the date the prize winner wishes to travel and the visa being issued.
Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruise Planners are not responsible for prize winners being denied entry to China if incorrect or false information is provided.
Travel insurance highly recommended and not included in prize.
Accommodation is based on 4 star accommodation suitable for 2 adults and 2 children aged 2-11 (bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed). Early check in or late check out is not included. If needed due to flight times this can be added at the prize-winners expense. Otherwise the accommodation can look after your bags until the room is ready or it is time to head to the airport.
All inclusions are non-transferrable and once tickets issued any changes will incur fees, payable by the prize winner. Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruise Planners cannot accept any responsibility for any cancellation of, rescheduling of or changes to the any component of the prize or for the acts, omissions or errors of those over whom we have no direct or exclusive control.
Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruises Planners does not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) or additional expense incurred or sustained by the prizewinner arising out of or as a consequence, whether direct or indirect, of any of the entertainment services in connection with this package provided by Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruises Planners.
The prize winner is fully responsible for its own conduct and the conduct of those travelling and will prize winners will be liable for any damage or loss caused by such conduct, and indemnifies and holds harmless Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruises Planners against any and all liability for loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) incurred or sustained by Bing Lee and Ovation Travel & Cruise Planners as a result of any act or omission of the client and its guests. Prizes, including any unused portions, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they apply for travel insurance and appropriate vaccinations before leaving Australia. Spending money is also the responsibility of the winners.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
