The value of the cruise fare is based on the lead-in Interior grade cabin and no upgrades are permitted. The prize is not transferrable to any other ship, cruise or date than those listed above. The prize winner will be subject to the booking terms and conditions as outlined in the Royal Caribbean International South Pacific, Australia & New Zealand 2012 - 2014 Brochure. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to change the prize inclusions at any time. Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or for another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with the Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Royal Caribbean International.
General Terms:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
