Information on how to enter the prize draw form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a registered Facebook account (Eligible Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. If an entrant is under the age of 18 they must obtain prior consent from their parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. Failure of an entrant's parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release under this clause will invalidate the entrant's claim and entry. If a winner is under the age of 18 the Prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
The Promotion opens at 5:00pm AEST on 13 August 2012 and
closes at 5:00pm AEST on September 24 (Promotional Period).
To enter the Minor Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:

complete and submit the entry form, including by supplying first name, last name, mobile number, email address and postal address.
Eligible Entrants who follow the steps above will enter the Minor Prize Draw for a chance to win a randomly awarded Minor Prize and will also be entered in any unclaimed prize draw (if required).
Eligible Entrants will also have the opportunity to enter the Major Prize Draw. To enter the Major Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:

follow the prompts on the Promotional Website to submit their entry into the Tomato Sauce Guessing Competition.

All valid entries containing the correct answer to the Tomato Sauce Guessing Competition received during the Promotion Period will have a chance to win a randomly awarded Major Prize and will also be entered in any unclaimed prize draw (if required).
Only one entry into each draw permitted per person during the Promotional Period.
The following prizes are to be awarded:
Minor Prizes: a total of 20 Westfield Gift Vouchers valued at $100 will be awarded during the Promotion Period.
Major Prize: 1 Westfield Gift Voucher valued at $995 will be awarded during the Promotion Period.All prize draws will take place at Suite 5, 30 Boronia St, Redfern, 2016 Sydney, NSW, Australia as follows:
Minor Prize Draws: there will be 2 Minor Prize Draws which will be conducted on 27 August 2012 at 3pm AEST and 12 September 2012 at 3pm AEST. The Minor Prizes will be awarded to the first randomly drawn entries in each draw.
Major Prize Draw: the Major Prize draw will occur at 3pm AEST on 3 October 2012 The first valid and correct entry drawn from all entries received into the Major Prize Draw will win the Major Prize.
All winning entrants will be notified within 48 hours of the prize draw via email or phone.
The name and postcode of the winner of the Major Prize will be published in The Australian on 10 September, 26 September, 17 October 2012 and all winners' names will also appear at Facebook.com/VanishNapiSanAustralia by that date.
The total prize pool value is $2,995Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a prize remains unclaimed by 3 January 2despite the Promoter's best efforts to contact a winner, then subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on that date to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of the highest value and the draw will continue awarding prizes in descending order of value until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner in such a draw will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the draw. A winner of a prize over $250 value will have their name and postcode published in The Australian on 14 January 2013. The name and postcode of all winners of such a draw will appear at Facebook.com/VanishNapiSanAustralia by that date.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
Redemption of the prizes are subject to any terms and conditions specified on prizes, including the period during which the prize must be used and the prize issuer's standard terms and conditions.
In the event that the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Prizes with a prize of equal or greater value unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from the various regulatory authorities.
The Promoter is not liable for: (i) prizes that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way; or (ii) any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and residential address) and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and for any purpose required under Australian lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If an entrant "opts in" at the time of entry, the Promoter may also use the information for Promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
