THE EXPENDABLES 2: DEPLOY & DESTROY COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ENTER:
1. This Promotion is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia (“Eligible Entrants”). In the event an Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18 years, they must obtain their parents or guardians consent to enter and any prize will be awarded to that entrant’s parent or guardian.
2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Go to
www.deployanddestory.com.au and play the Endless Game mode (“Competition”) and submit the required score details upon completion;
b. Complete in full all mandatory fields on the score submission form including full name and e-mail address
3. The awarding of a prize is based on a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Multiple entries from more than one Eligible Entrant are accepted and Roadshow Films will determine the most appropriate entry to consider.
4. There are 160 ADMIT-1 in-season passes to see the film "The Expendables 2" (total value $1,400), 27 Playstation® Network (PSN) vouchers to buy the official Expendables 2 videogame game by Ubisoft® (total value $646.65), and the grand prize, a brand new Playstation® 3 (total value $350 RRP) to give away. The total prize pool is valued at RRP$2,436.65 exc. GST.

Note: All scores are calculated against the game criteria (‘Weekly Winners’ and ‘All Time’) and are collated from players of the Endless Game mode only. All scores are viewable from the ‘Weekly Winners’ and ‘All Time’ leaderboards within the game. Any scores from any other game play mode do not contribute towards entries of this competition.
For Stage 1, each week’s winning Top 5 and Top 15 scores will be judged according to the highest Top 5 and Top 15 scores respectively during the weekly draw periods and where judging is necessary it will take place on 11:59AM AEST every Friday until 14/09/2012 at Roadshow Films (1 Garden Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141.). Should there be multiple entries from more than one Eligible Entrant, only one of which is the highest score will be selected.
For Stage 2, the Top 1 score will be judged according to highest score over the entire Promotional Period and where judging is necessary it will take place on 11:59AM AEST Tuesday 18/09/2012 at Roadshow Films (1 Garden Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141.).

7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize winner will be contacted by email within no more than two days after the end of the Promotional Period.
8. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia by registered post and winner should allow 28 days for delivery.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant) for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to using methods to achieve scores not outlined with the Game rules and elements outlined within the Games game play. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those Eligible Entrants invalid.
11. Cost of accessing the Internet is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Conditions will be invalid.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
13. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
14. In the event that a prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or taking a prize.
17. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to an Eligible Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic messages.
