Competition entries must be:
(i) the original independent creation of the entrant

Multiple entries will be accepted but entrants and each entry must contain a unique response to the Competition Question.
At the time and date specified in the competition, the judges will choose the winner/s as the entrants with the most creative and original response to the question asked. The best entrant will be chosen to win that particular prize.
Chance plays no part in determining the winners, unless otherwise stated in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
The prizes must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize or any element of the prize as stated. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited. The prizes are strictly as stated above, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name, photograph and entry of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter/s in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter in writing at the time of accepting the prize.
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a condition of entry in the competition. The winner will be notified either by telephone or by email, using the details provided in their entry, and the name and suburb of the winner will be published on the competition page, unless otherwise stated. If the winner cannot be contacted using the details provided, or does not respond within the timeframe requested, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
What happens if someone tries to violate information from Mouths of Mums?
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Mouths of Mums website or the information in any Mouths of Mums communications (such as our social networking sites or other promotions related to Mouths of Mums), may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the conduct of the competition. Mouths of Mums reserves the right to amend these terms of participation at any time. All updates to these Terms will be posted on the Mouths of Mums website with the revised date.
