1. The Promoter is 2012 Dry July Foundation, trading as Dry July LTD ATF Dry July Foundation, Dry July LTD, Suite 2, Level 15, 189 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia, ABN 88 497 552 964.
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.

The promotion commences at 12.00am on 24 August 2012 (AEST) and ends on 7 September 2012 at 9.00am6. To enter the promotion, participants must complete the Dry July 2012 Participant Survey including the final question "give us your best Dry July fundraising tip" and provide a valid email address.
7. Only one entry is permitted per person.
8. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win the prize. Judging will take place from 10:00am (AEDT) on Friday September 7 2012 at Dry July, Suite 2, Level 15, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Dry July. The entry judged to be the best based on originality and creativity will an iPad2 16GB with Wi-Fi.
9. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$429.
10. The winner will be notified on Friday September 7 2012 via email. The winners' details will also be published at
www.dryjuly.com for a period of three months.
11. Should the prize remain unclaimed as of 9am on Thursday 1 November 2012, Dry July will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 11am on Thursday 1 November 2012 at Suite 2, Level 15, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 so as to distribute the prize. The winner in any such draw will be published on
www.dryjuly.com.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
12. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
16. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
