2. Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST 1 October 2012 and
closes at 11:59pm AEST 31 October 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is
open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18 who purchase a 1Cover travel insurance policy (Policy) during the Promotion Period (Policy Holder). This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of 1Cover Pty Ltd or its related companies or any person who purchases a Policy and then subsequently cancels that Policy (Ineligible Persons).

The Promotion is to give away 31 cash prizes to Policy Holders, each worth $500.00 (Prize). The total value of all Prizes for this Promotion is AUD$15,500.00. A Prize will be drawn for each day in October (Daily Draw), with a total of 31 Daily Draws to be made for the entire Promotion Period.
5. All Daily Draws will be made at 10:00am AEST with the first Daily Draw starting on Tuesday, 2 October, 2012 and the last Daily Draw being made at 10:00am AEST 1 November 2012. All Daily Draws will be made at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system (Winner).
6. Each Policy Holder will automatically be entered into the Daily Draw for the day they purchase a Policy during the Promotion Period, which will be drawn on the next business day. For example, a Policy Holder who purchases a Policy on 8 October 2012 will go into the Daily Draw which is drawn on 9 October 2012.
7. If a Policy Holder purchases a Policy on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or New South Wales public holiday during the Promotion Period, the Daily Draw will occur on the next business day in New South Wales.
8. A Policy Holder will not be entered into any subsequent Daily Draws (unless they purchase another Policy on a different date during the Promotion Period).
9. The Winner for each Daily Draw will be notified by telephone and email in writing within 48 hours to confirm when the Prize will be delivered. Winners who live within a 30km radius of Sydney will be delivered their Prize in cash by representatives of 1Cover Pty Ltd, at an address they nominate, no later than 28 days after the end of the Promotion Period. Winners who live outside a 30km radius of Sydney, including any persons who reside outside of New South Wales, will receive their Prize by way of a cheque made out to the Winner, which will be posted to the Winner's nominated address, no later than 28 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
10. Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (i.e. by 31 January 2013) will forfeit their right to the Prize and that Prize will be re-drawn using the list of Policy Holders (excluding the Winner and any Ineligible Persons) who had purchased a Policy on the same day. This redraw will be conducted at 10:00am AEST 1 February 2013 at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
11. If a Winner of a Daily Draw is or becomes an Ineligible Person, their Prize will be re-drawn using the list of Policy Holders (excluding the Ineligible Persons) who had purchased a Policy on the same day. This redraw will be conducted at 10:00am AEST 1 February 2013 at the office of 1Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
12. Winners of any re-draws to be conducted on 1 February 2013 will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery of their Prize. The Prize will be delivered by way of a cheque posted to their nominated address, no later than 14 days after the re-draw occurs. Winners of re-draws that cannot be contacted within 3 months of 1 February 2013 will forfeit their Prize.
13. All Winners of the Promotion will have their name published on the 1Cover Pty Ltd website
www.1cover.com.au on the day after the end of the Promotion Period. The names of all Winners of the Promotion will also be published in The Australian on 9 November 2012.
14. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Policy Holder and 1Cover Pty Ltd with respect to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion lotteries.
