EXPERIENCE PERTH 2012 Winter Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
3. Instructions on how to enter this competition and other details contained within the advertising material for this prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry is limited to Western Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. Entrants can only enter the competition once.
6. Competition commences on 9/07/2012 and closes at 11.59pm WST on 31St August 2012.
7. The Promoter is Experience Perth, PO BOX, 1198, West Perth WA 6812. Australian Business Number is 5295 4492 460.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at the office of Experience Perth, PO BOX, 1198, West Perth WA 6812. Australian Business Number is 5295 4492 460, on the 7th September 2012.
9. The winner will receive:
 A city weekend getaway for two, including dinner at A Dinner and Show Package at Burswood Entertainment Complex, overnight accommodation at the Pan Pacific
 A country weekend getaway for two, including a hot air balloon ride and champagne breakfast courtesy of Windward Balloon Adventures, and overnight accommodation at Brackson House Quality Accommodation.
 A harbour-side weekend getaway for two, including dinner for two at the Fishing Boat Harbour, a tunnels tour of the Fremantle Prison and overnight accommodation with breakfast at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle.
 A coastal weekend getaway for two, including overnight accommodation and breakfast at Manuel Towers B & B Shoalwater, dinner at Zocalo Mexican Restaurant and either a Dolphin Swim or Shoalwater Island Marine Safari with Rockingham Wild Encounters.
10. The prize winner will receive a letter from Experience Perth which specifies prize and booking details.
11. Prize is subject to availability, not valid during school and public holidays and travel must be completed before 7/02/2013, otherwise it will be forfeited. This prize cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer and is valid for two people only. Additional travelling companions will be subject to additional charges.
12. The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money and any other costs of a personal nature not specifically includedin these Terms and Conditions.
13. Experience Perth and prize partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
14. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and his/her nominated travel companions. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payableif the winner is unable to use them as stated.
15. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person.
16. Changes cannot be made to travel arrangements once tickets or vouchers are issued and the booking is made.
17. The prize winner will be notified by Experience Perth by email on 11/09/12. The competition outcome will be published on this web page from 11/09/12.
18. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address as stated in their original entry and the Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes mailed to winners who have supplied incorrect name and/or address details.
20. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
21. Officers and employees of Experience Perth, Tourism Western Australia, and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
22. Experience Perth and suppliers of prizes shall have no liability, in negligence or howsoever, for any accident, loss, illness, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the prize winner and their companion or any individual or property arising out of or after the prize draw.
23. Entries and entrants details to this competition may be used by Experience Perth for future marketing and promotional purposes.
24. By accepting these prizes, the winner and their companions accept that may be required to take part in further promotional activities.
25. If, for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) or other applicable state legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
