WIN ONE OF 20 PLUMBERS KITS PROMOTION 2012
This competition is a game of skill. FIX-A-TAP is giving you the chance to win one of 20 plumbers Kits. All you have to do is tell us in 25 words or less, what services do you offer that makes you the best plumbing business?

PROMOTER
The Promoter is FIX-A-TAP AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 44 001011 534), Units 1, 2 & 4, 41 Leighton Place, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia
DURATION
The competition runs from 12:00 Noon AEST 20th July 2012 and closes 12:00 Midnight AEST of 31st August 2012. Completed entries much reach FIX-A-TAP no later than the closing date.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website specific to the particular competition.
Entry is available to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees and the immediate families of the FIX-A-TAP and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be a licensed plumber to be eligible to win and must be employed, self employed as a plumber or trading as a plumbing business.
Entrants must have permission by the company to list their business on the FIX-A-TAP Plumbing directory
Entrants must provide all requested contact details to be eligible to win.
METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter, during the Competition Period please fill in the online plumber directory registration or the update your details and answer in 25 words or less in “25 words or less, what services do you offer that makes you the best plumbing business?” . Then Like Us on facebook.
No person may enter this contest more than once.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost or misdirected entries.
JUDGING
FIX-A-TAP will select the winner on the 5th September 2012. The winner will be notified by email after the 6th September 2012. This competition is a game of skill. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE(s)
The prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.

The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a prize.
Prize winner will have their prize mailed to them for no extra cost within 14 days of notification.
The Promoter is neither liable nor responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes
All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed after a period of one month from the date of notification of the winner may be forfeited and used by the Promoter at the discretion of the Promoter.

It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise the names of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Competition
COPYRIGHT
By entering this Competition all entrants:
Assign to FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd all rights including present and future copyright in their entry and the publicity materials in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future;
Agree not to assert any moral rights in respect of their entry and the publicity materials (wherever and whenever such rights are recognised) against FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd,
Undertake to FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the prize winning experience or in connection with the redemption of and/or use of any other prizes.
FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
For any reason a competition does not run for its duration due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
EXCLUSION OF PARTICIPANTS
FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Competition or a prize for any reason, including but not limited to, that person’s medical condition or history, the preservation of the safety of the FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd’s staff members or any other person or because FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd deems that the behaviour of a person may bring the Promoter’s brand into disrepute.
DECISIONS FINAL
All decisions and actions of FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the prizes are exercised according its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this Competition will be used by FIX-A-TAP Australia Pty Ltd in accordance with FIX-A-TAPs Privacy Policy.
